We are delighted with the preference you gave us and it is a pleasure to inform you about the services we are currently providing in order to enjoy your stay:
Our service includes : minibar, safe, individually controlled air conditioning and heating , Satellite TV, Internet Wi-Fi available for free, special courtesy amenities and daily cleaning service. We guarantee each morning you wake up to a healty and balanced breakfast to start the day on the right foot. Our buffet propose both, an Italian breakfast serving a variety of homemade sweets, prepared fresh each day, jams, yoghurt, fresh fruit, as well as a continental breakfast with cereals, savory dishes, cold cuts, eggs and cheese. Espresso and cappuccino are always prepared at the moment and served directly at your table, so that you don’t miss out on the aroma of fresh-ground coffe. After breakfast our staff would be glad to share with you a little tour to show you the Navona area by walk.

For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.


Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

The property was exactly as the pictures described. The location was wonderful. Everything was easily walkable, and taxis/ubers were quick to respond to the location. The rooms were spacious, everything was nice and clean. It was great to have elevator access for our luggage, and for ourselves after hours of walking and touring the city. The host was very responsive and kind, and answered every question we had quickly. We all had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and would stay here again! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!

Lovely accommodations, convenient to Paizza Novana, great restaurants, bakeries (Il Fornaio) a short walk from Pantheon. Check in and check out were seamless and easy to make special requests. AC was good and the three bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Great host communications and easy to work with to set up airport and port transfers.

We had a fantastic stay in this Rome VRBO! The location couldn’t have been more perfect - walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The space was beautifully decorated, well-equipped with great amenities, and perfect for relaxing and playing games around the living room table after a day of exploring. We had a fantastic experience! We arrived before our scheduled check-in time and the team went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The apartment is centrally located and walking distance to many attractions and a short taxi ride to Vatical City. Perfect stay

Great Apartment; Even Better Location

We were in Rome to see our son perform in Rome Opera's presentation of West Side Story. The three bedrooms enabled us to invite friends to stay with us over our two week stay. Not only is it beautiful, the space is also perfect for three couples to get together in the spacious public space or retreat for privacy into the comfortable bedrooms. The location is perfectly located, close to everything we wanted to see and enjoy. Best of all, the hosts were extremely responsive whenever we had an issue or a question.
