A surprising yet welcoming atmosphere. This is the most characteristic feature of Urbana 47, of the historic restaurant in Via Urbana, and of the new spaces designed to accommodate travelers arriving in the Eternal City.

The structure is situated in the most fascinating, quiet and typical district of Rome, from which it is possible to discover the city with simplicity, walking without worries, among suggestive squares and timeless streets.

A large and bright room, overlooking the historic and quiet via Urbana. The style of the space is elegant and essential, with a furniture composed of unique pieces, reclaimed furniture and custom designed elements. Among these, a series of cherry wood coat hangers replaces traditional wardrobes.

Great location. Everything you need. Perfect for exploring Rome for a few days. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper since you will be on a very busy street. I enjoyed hearing the hustle and bustle.

Great location!

Accommodations were very clean and comfy. Location was above a restaurant with great food and so convenient to have an afternoon drink. Walking distance to train station and almost any landmark you want to see.

I would stay here again! The check in was smooth - just go to the restaurant. Entry was secure and the location was quiet. There were multiple shops and cafés close. It felt like a trendy location. It is about a 20 minute walk to major attractions, which is nice because it's not as crowded. The air conditioning cooled the room and bathroom very effectively, even in 100F heat. Also, the pegs around the room were useful to hang clothes and bags. The only cons: the sink in the bathroom is very shallow and it's difficult to wash your face in it with the tray hanging over it. Also, the lighting in the room and bathroom are not great - bring a makeup mirror if that's important to you.

This unit has a wonderful location on a lively pedestrian-friendly street. The restaurant downstairs was great and there were many other restaurants and attractions within walking distance. So close to the Colosseum and Forum! We found the room clean and comfortable, but a bit dark.

Great time

I stayed for a week in early November. Excellent location. Loved the room and enjoyed the maid service. All staff were wonderful. Ate a the restaurant a handful of times and I recommend it as well.

Great place

We loved this place! Angelo was super welcoming and was extremely responsive and punctual responding to any questions we had. The location was fabulous with a lot to do, but quiet to sleep at night. The restaurant downstairs was also great! Overall, highly recommend and would 100% stay here again!
