This luxury villa of 500 plus square meters is set in the prestigious area called the Golden Mile, Marbella just steps or 2 min walk to the Casablanca Beach. The villa has exceptional design, distinctive furnishings and bespoke artworks. It was designed to create a luxurious residence, taking into account the needs of each family. The villa consists of luxury open space salon with direct access to the 100 m2. terrace and large swimming pool, spacious modern and the kitchen totally equipped with top brand home appliances, dining area. It offer 5 luxurious bedrooms which easily sleep 12 guest in total comfort: three of them have own bathrooms, dress rooms, partial sea views through large windows and from balconies. The villa has several parking spaces, BBQ area, laundry and service room, speedy WIFI, Apple TV, Bose system, 5 TVs, security system for whole villa, smart home system, floor heating, air conditioning system, etc.

Thanks to the newest building technologies, the house keeps warmth in winter and maintains cool inside in summer. Of course, you are invited to use heated floors and gas fireplace in winter, AC in summer to create an atmosphere of your own. As well large outside swimming pool (1,5 meters depth) is heated too and lets you enjoy the house and the pool all year round.

Nice-to-know: we apply special cleaning protocol with special disinfection detergents and given the size of the villa, it takes longer than usual cleaning. If you book your arrival on the same day when other guests checkout, you maybe asked to wait longer than arrival hours allow. Please, be patient.

Outside of high season and we accept reservations with 3 nights minimum stay, however a supplement charge of 1000 €/night plus platform commission is applied (if booked via a portal).

Important to know: 500 €/day service fee is included in the rental price and offers highest level exclusive service:

-Breakfast-client pays for the food

- daily cleaning

- gardener

- doing shoppings

- all kind of reservations (restaurants, shows, boat trips, cars etc.)

There is 24/7 corceige service who will accompany the clients during their stay in Spain. Laundry is excluded this price we charge 50 Euro per day. There is always a maid for your service!
