Casa Ayla - 2 bedrooms, jacuzzi, sea views & close to beach

Casa Ayla is a beautiful 2 bedroom house located in the centre of Carvoeiro on a quiet cobbled street. The house has been fully renovated and is modern, bright and airy. It has a large rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, barbecue area and lovely vistas of the Ocean and surrounding area.



Only 250 metres from the beach and a couple of minutes walk from the town square, Casa Ayla has everything you need right on your doorstep.



Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town, ideal for family holidays, with many options for international restaurants, cafes and dining experiences. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a food and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage. For the more adventurous, boat trips, watersports, tennis, hiking, golf, scuba diving and cliff walking illustrates that Carvoeiro has something for everyone.



The accommodation comprises of an open plan living / dining / kitchen area with sliding doors opening onto a south west facing balcony and 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and TVs.



The apartment has air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi and cable TV.



A cot and high chair are available on request.



There is a designated parking space for the house. However, please note that the parking space (3.2m x 3.45m) is only suitable for a mini / micro car



Tourist tax

Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Perfect location and great roof terrace

It was great to have a parking spot next to the house. The kitchen was fully equipped. Lovely roof terrace with jacuzzi. The location is terrific, very close to the beach.

Échange avec le propriétaire : super. Établissement conforme à la description et aux photos. Propre. Literie confortable.Quartier animé mais dans les chambres on n’entend presque rien. Porte vue de présentation, prestation, wifi, choses à faire, pratique….. très bien.

Sehr schöne Lage zum Strand

Sehr schöne Lage zum Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nachteil an der zentralen Lage ist die Lautstärke der Karaokebar jede Nacht bis 4h morgens. Die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi ist traumhaft. Mit den sehr engen Bädern kann man sich arrangieren.

We loved being walking distance to the beach and having a gigantic terrace with an ocean view! Unfortunately the jacuzzi was quite dirty (even after they cleaned it for us), which made it less enjoyable to use. The street below has very loud bars, but luckily with the AC unit you can mostly drown it out and get some sleep.

Really enjoyed this stay, apartment is so spacious, bigger in real life than the pictures, hot tub available for use free of any extra charge, roof terrace is fabulous! 2 min walk to the beach and centre. Lively karaoke bar across the street, great fun for a night out, would highly recommend, however it’s very noisy if you are trying to sleep and music continues till very late, would recommend ear plugs if sleeping in the front roomsofa bed, back room is well sound proofed. Needed an iron and ironing board which was promptly provided. Cleaning staff came half way through the week and were lovely! Overall a fantastic stay! Thanks so much

Die Unterkunft an sich war super: gute Lage direkt im Ort, Parkplatz, zu Fuß 5 Minuten zum Strand. Unser Highlight war die Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und Meerblick. Einziges Manko ist die Lautstärke Nachts bis 4.30 Uhr durch mehrere Pubs direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer.

Die Dachterrasse ist toll mit Grillmöglichkeit und Blick zum Strand

Wir waren zu viert als Familie da. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes kleine Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Dachterrasse ist toll mit Grillmöglichkeit und Blick zum Strand. An der Küste entlang kann prima gewandert werden, Baden inklusive. Im Ort ist alles da was man braucht, Abends ist es sehr lebendig. Wir fanden es toll.
