La casa Anita se encuentra a sólo 2 km de Carvoeiro. Es una casa de una sola planta, amplio y acogedor, con un amplio espacio alrededor de todo el plan, y con una hermosa vista panorámica de la Sierra de Monchique y sus alrededores. El hall de entrada, en las escaleras en Mamore, proporcionar acceso a las terrazas en la azotea donde se puede ver una hermosa vista panorámica. En la planta baja dispone de 3 dormitorios; dos con cama de matrimonio y otra con 2 camas individuales, 2 amplios baños, sala, comedor y una amplia cocina con lavavajillas y utensilios necesarios para el día a día, y un comedor agradable. En el exterior hay un lavadero con lavadora y un gran espacio que rodea plana y jardín, una barbacoa cubierta y un gran aparcamiento privado. La piscina de agua salada agradable con el tamaño de 10 x 5 metros, tiene una amplia zona de césped espacio con muebles de exterior donde se puede disfrutar de un relajante tomar el sol o simplemente descansar en el gusto del canto de los pájaros de los alrededores.

Adorámos a estadia! A casa é super espaçosa, muito confortável e estava impecavelmente limpa. A piscina e a zona exterior são perfeitas para relaxar e aproveitar o bom tempo. Tem tudo o que é preciso para umas férias sem preocupações. Recomendo totalmente!

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Fast täglich wurde früh morgens der Pool entsprechend gereinigt. Einmal die Woche wurde die Wäsche ersetzt (Frottée und Bettwäsche)Küchenausstattung top! Grillplatz ebenfalls toll!Zimmerausstattung gut. 2 kleinere Zimmer und ein grösseres. Braucht nicht mehr. Saubere Schränke vorhanden. Pool-Spiel-Accessoirs vorhanden für die Kids. Einen Tischtennistisch haben wir als Feedback angegeben, würde das Ganze eventuell noch ein bisschen aufwerten.) Gastgeberin Ana ist sehr kompetent, freundlich und aufgestellt und sehr hilfsbereit. vielen Dank dafür! Einzig die Lage (Aussicht) ist nicht 100% überzeugend. Ist direkt nebem einem Intermarché (man sah direkt auf das Dach). Man hörte zwar nicht viel. War jedoch praktisch, in 2 min. zu Fuss zum Einkaufen zu gehen. (Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau!)Auch die Strasse war nicht gut zu hören. Ist wieder ein Plus. :-)Auf der Gartenseite sah man schon etwas in die Weite. Alles in Allem können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, die Schwimmen können, da es keine Pool-Einzäunung gibt für Kleinkinder. Absolutely fabulous villa - clean comfortable really well equipped and spacious for 6 adults. We loved it and had the perfect chill out. Spent most of the day by the pool which is good size and had great padded sunbeds. Lovely bbq area which was well equipped and had a seating area. Washing machine dishwasher and washing line all good quality and made for an easy life! Supermarket right next door. We will defo go again . Lovely host who was really informative and welcoming

Ultimate Portuguese Villa

Welcoming, comfortable, close to the town square and beach. Grocery store within walking distance. Swimming pool and grounds are private and relaxing. Everything you need in a kitchen and a great BBQ area outside. A central location to explore the Algarve.

Blissful week

We had a wonderful week long stay at Casa Anita in Sept 2023. The villa is very private, not overlooked at all yet is only a 2 min walk from the large Intermarche down short track so a car is not necessary. The villa is very spacious with two large bathrooms and large terrace and tower. We made great use of the outdoor kitchen with lots of wood available for the bbq. Our host Ana was lovely, giving us privacy yet was always avaliable if needed. The gorgeous salt water pool was just an added bonus. We will definitely stay again!

Casa & Host - both superb

We stayed at Casa Anita in August 2023 and were very impressed. The Villa is all on one level, but with a surprise upper sun deck and a third level "tower". Ana, our host was superb, she was discreet, but very attentive via whatsapp, both before & during our stay. The villa is superbly set out, the 3 bedrooms air conditioned & comfy, the pool was brilliant (I tell you, I will never go for a chlorine pool again), the kitchen superbly provisioned and the location was fabulous. The villa is tucked away nicely, not overlooked and very quiet. We hired a car (not needed or the huge Intermarche supermarket - 50 yds away hidden around the corner) and we visted Carvoeiro, Lagos, Villamoura, Silves and more. Ana & her husband gave us great advice on beaches, restaurants, local events, +. As a family we like to try different villas in different countries, to provide variety. That said, we will be going back to Casa Anita, but this time for 2 weeks. My advice, book it now...!!! Stewart

Excellent accommodation and very clean

Everything was spotless and Anita was very helpful throughout the process. We will definitely stay there again. Nice and quiet and easy access to town and good restaurants.

Lovely Villa. Great location

We had a lovely two week stay here and the owners went out of their way to check everything was ok. Villa is up a quiet track and you are not disturb by the road noise. Two large size bathrooms and 3 good sized bedrooms along with a very well equipped modern kitchen. Large outside area with a great BBQ. Salt water in pool was a nice surprise. Definitely a improvement on chlorine. The upstairs terrace was also a nice place to sit at the end of the day to watch the sunset and sip a nice cold glass of wine. Intermarche round the corner was very handy and the beach and resort of Carvoeiro was only €6 by taxi. Villa is very handy to explore the rest of the area with the main A22 been only 15 mins away. Enjoyed it so much are looking to bring the grandchildren next year

Superb holidays in October

We had fantastic 10 days end of September / October in the Villa Anita. Perfect get-away for families or up to 6 adults. Everything was clean, the pool was very spacious and luckily we had amazing weather. The interior furniture is a little out-dated, but don't worry - in our opinion that makes the charme of the villa. Everything that needs to be in good condition or well taken care of (like shower heads, toilets, beds, ...) is either clean or completely new. For our surprise we found a completely new kitchen with everything you might need, which is not on the photos on the web, yet - very nice! Highly recommended, we might come back again! Bjoern

Wonderful vacations

Schöne Villa, ruhige, gute Ausgangslage zu Buchten

Das Haus wurde sehr gut beschrieben und befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand. Es ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Sehr praktisch ist der Intermarche gleich um die Ecke (3 min zu Fuß). Täglich sorgt die Vermieterin für einen sauberen und gepflegten Pool. Etliche, naheliegenden Traumbuchten sind mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten schnell erreicht.

Een mooie schone 6 persoons villa met een heerlijk zwembad zonder chloor. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het zonnige terras, een goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoek aan de mooiste baaien van Europa. What A super villa, just as described spacious and very clean. The owners were waiting for us as we arrived quite late. Not far down to carvoeiro plenty of places to eat and entertainment a couple of nights we were there. we hired a car and travelled about but afternoons were spent round the lovely pool which was always kept clean. thankyou for our stay.

Estivemos na casa Anita em Setembro de 2016. A D. Ana e o marido são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. A casa é ainda melhor do que se pode ver nas fotos. Grandes áreas, um excelente barbecue e uma piscina sempre limpa e cuidada, o jardim óptimo. Decoração simples. Foram umas férias maravilhosas. Somos um casal com filhos e os miudos tambem adoraram a casa. O local é bastante tranquilo, não é longe da praia e é perto de supermercados, farmácia etc. Recomendo.

Casa Anitta

Moradia super espaçosa, confortável e proprietária muito simpática e flexivel. Éramos um grupo de 7 pessoas, mas visto que a casa está apenas equipada para 6 pessoas, a proprietária disponibilizou-nos um colchão a mais. Ótima área de barbecue, juntamente com o ótimo espaço ao ar livre. Garagem para 2/3 carros. Os proprietários sempre muito atenciosos, pois até o marido da D.Ana foi à moradia quase todas as manhãs para limpar a piscina. Praia muito perto(2km) e, também, muitas atividades para fazer muito perto da casa. Nós gostamos imenso, e se planearmos voltar ao Carvoeiro certamente será para esta vivenda. Super recomendada!!

Villa et piscine spacieuse que du bonheur

Nous vous remercions tous d'abord de votre gentillesse et de votre accueil chaleureux ainsi que de votre délicate attention que nous avons reçus lors de notre arrivée. C'est une magnifique villa bien entretenue et propre. Les extérieurs et la piscine sont magnifiques. l'eau était à bonne température en cette période de l'année. Nous avons aussi toutes les commodités à côté comme inter marché à 100 mètres et la ville ainsi que la plage à 2 klms. Le seul bémol et vraiment rien d'autre c'est le manque de climatisation dans la villa mais heureusement que nous avions les ventilateurs dans les chambres. Nous reviendrons et nous conseillons cette villa. Amicalement, Geneviève et manuel

fantastic villa

It was the second time that we spent a wonderful week in this great villa. The owners are very kind and helpful. The villa is clean and the garden and swimming pool are well maintained. We spent this week with our family , the bbq was used a lot and it was great to have the super market nearby. We love this place so much that we booked already for next year!

Fantastic villa, great surrounding, lovely owners

We had a great holiday in this wonderful villa. It was the second time for us, this time with our children. It was so nice that we booked already for the next year. The owners are really helpful and kind. The garden, the swimming pool , the bbq and the house have everything that can make your holiday perfect! Casa Anita

The Villa is well situated, with only a short walk to the Intermarche (supermarket), and a quick drive to Carvoeiro, approx €6 by taxi at most times (latest we got a taxi back was around 11pm). It is walkable but with the heat it takes around 40 mins. The villa itself is very clean and equipped well for your stay. Anna and her family who own it are very friendly and helpful during your stay, she organised a birthday cake for us and got a top up bus card, like Oyster card for us to use. It's a nice quiet villa with some lovely views. Also has Wifi, tv & DVD player. We've stayed there several times and have never had any reason to complain. And will stay there again in the future

Great place to stay

This was our first stay in Portugal and we loved it. We'll definitely be back, to the same villa. Ana Maria and Joao Were determined to make us feel welcome and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself is bigger than it appears in the photos and was scrupulously clean. We were out at the barbeque area for every meal and our children were inthe pool every day, sometimes up to four times in one day. It's very well located, a short distance outside Carvoeiro, within a short drive from Silves and attractions such as Zoomarine (both well worth a visit), as well as some of the best beaches in Europe (Marinha, our favourite so far, ranks in the top 100 in the World). There is a supermarket, conveniently at the end of the shared drive. When out at the pool and barbeque area, at the back of the villa, we didn't notice any noise from that or the Carvoeiro-Lagoa road.

Fantastic villa, excellent position.

Fantastic villa, beautiful private pool surrounded by well kept garden. Excellent position, supermarket close by. Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Already booked for 2016, our 5th year, wouldn`t go anywhere else. Used to hire a car, but it mostly it sat on the drive unused, so now use Yellow Fish Transfers, and just enjoy the villa, pool, peace and quite and the sun.
