Completely renovated studio apartment located on the 5th floor of Block A of the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer such bars, supermarkets, restaurants, so the car is not necessary. The studio is facing East with great views over the sea, the park, and the mountains.
This studio has been recently renovated with modern taste and quality materials. Accommodation comprises: access to the 5th floor by elevator; entrance to the studio; living room with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV with international channels; cozy bedroom with two single beds and windows to the living room; fully-equipped open kitchen with hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.; full bathroom with modern shower with a small step; wonderful furnished terrace with sea views. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
