Crno is a small settlement within the city of Zadar, in Zadar County.



Zadar region has a truly amazing geographical position, located in the center of the East Adriatic and surrounded by stunning nature of great variety. With its Roman ruins, art installations, and white-sand beach, Zadar is one of the most unique resorts along Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, where travelers come to feast on seafood, watch dreamy sunsets, and sip cocktails at oceanside bars.



The villa is located in a secluded area, away from all views, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and untouched nature. Everything is surrounded by a high wall so villa provides complete privacy. Guests can enjoy in peaceful atmosphere, and yet are close to the city bustle if they wish. City center is just 5 minutes by car. About 10 km from the villa are beaches in Bibinje. In the immediate vicinity, there are mini markets, shopping center Supernova, a popular tavern and there is also a bus station nearby.

This beautiful modern villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The villa offers a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a gym and two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. This villa can accommodate up to 6 people. The outdoor area offers several relaxation points and the emphasis is on a private pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Everything is rounded up by a beautiful garden with seasonal fruits and olives. There is also an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a beautiful terrace for drinking morning coffee or evening cocktails.

beautiful idyllic house to relax

First of all, thank you very much to Ivan and Sonja, to make our stay in Croatia to fantastic holidays. The house is in the countryside 10 minutes away of Zadar city, close to shops, great restaurants and the beach (you definitely need a car). The newly renovated house with its unbelievable nice pool, the place was offering us relaxing holidays for our kids and us. The house was clean, well equipped incl. air conditioning, which was needed for the hot summer. Ivan and Sonja, the owners of the property, where supporting us for all our needs, where giving us guidance and recommendations for activities. Simply a great place with fantastic people, where we would definitely go again.

Wundervolle Oase mit Top Gastgeber

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Ivans Haus sehr genossen. Alles war top vorbereitet und super sauber. Das ganze Haus ist auch noch sehr neu, dementsprechend auch alle Geräte tiptop. Der Pool ist wundervoll und wirklich groß, hat eine tolle Aussicht mit super Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt auch immer tolle Schattenplätze, wir liebten es unter dem Wallnussbaum zu sitzen. Ivan war sehr bemüht, hat tolle Tipps gegeben und sogar 2 mal den Chlorgehalt des Pools geprüft. Gerade mit Kindern super wichtig, da sie wirklich den halben Tag im Pool waren. Wir waren froh immer in unsere kleine Oase ohne Nachbarn zurückkehren zu können, da die Stadt und die Strände in der Hauptsaison schon sehr voll waren. Zadar mit schöner Altstadt erreicht man sehr schnell, nur 10 min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch jede Menge, aber ein Auto muss man schon haben. Hatten auch eine sehr schöne Bootstour mit Skipper. Ein gelungener Urlaub, vielen Dank Ivan.

Großartiges Quartier mit ganz viel Privatsphäre

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem großartigen Haus. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits, dafür hat man aber seine Ruhe und ungestörte Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist ein Traum und wurde täglich genutzt. Ein großes Kompliment an Vermieter Ivan für die hervorragende Kommunikation und seine vielen hilfreichen Tipps. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Schönes Haus und netter Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus von Ivan. Er war jederzeit als Ansprechpartner erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr modern und liegt schön abseits von irgendwelchen Nachbarn. Ein Auto mit etwas Bodenfreiheit ist von Vorteil um den Weg zum Haus gut zu bewältigen. Der Pool ist wirklich besonders schön.

Kleines Paradies

Alles perfekt! Ivan und Sanja sind wunderbare Gastgeber und waren sehr hilfsbereit und dennoch diskret. Das Haus ist wunderschön modern eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert für Ruhesuchende um abzuschalten. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10min in der schönen Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das kleine Paradies können wir jedem weiterempfehlen!

Wenn es für Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Gesamteindruck 10 Sterne geben würde, würden wir diese sofort vergeben. Das Haus ist einfach nur super. Sanja und Ivan sind sehr herzliche zuvorkommende Eigentümer, die alles möglich machen um einem einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Da das Haus außerhalb liegt ist es ratsam ein Auto am Start zu haben.Die Flughafennähe ist so gut wie gar nicht wahrzunehmen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden es zu 100% nochmal buchen.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil 😀

Das Haus von Ivan und Sanja ist wunderschön. Tolle, moderne Einrichtung, schöner, gepflegter Garten und ein sensationeller Pool, an dem man auch die Abendstunden unter einem Walnussbaum sitzend den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit aber dennoch sehr diskret, um die Privatsphäre des Urlaubers nicht zu stören. Toll war’s!
