You'll enjoy your stay in this spacious apartment with the large terrace 25 m2 size with the sea view.

Apartment is on the ground floor of the house located in the quiet Karbuni cove on island Korcula, just 150m from the beach with the crystal clear sea.

Position of the house is ideal for having a quiet family or couple vacation as it's 7 km away from the towns Vela Luka and Blato.

It also has an outside fireplace shared with guests of our other apartment.

Apartment itself consists of a spacious living room, terrace, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

Living room has an LCD TV with sattelite channels.

Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and living room has a cozy sofa bed for one person.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, stove, kettle, toaster, coffe machine and fridge with freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a bathtub and hair dryer.

There is no washing machine but you can dry wardrobe on the outside and we can also provide you an iron and ironing board.

You will also get a free parking spot in the yard of the house.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

Children under 6 years old are not allowed.

That's because there are staircase to the beach that is not suitable for a really small children.

Also, this is a smoke-free apartment.

You are allowed to smoke on the terrace and open areas.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance. If allowed, pet surcharge will apply.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its terrace.

We provide you a free parking spot in the yard of the house.

You can use outside fireplace together with guests of our other apartment.

There are no other shared areas in or around the house.


***** The neighbourhood:

Karbuni Cove is a cove on the South-west side of the Korcula island, 7 km from towns Blato and Vela Luka. It can be reached using the asphalt road which meanders through the vineyards and olive groves.

Beach is 150 m from the apartment.

There is also a restaurant, bakery, caffe bar and fast food in the neighbourhood.

Opposite Karbuni cove there is a cluster of several islets only a few hundred meters away from the shore and are best explored using a kayak or a boat.

The best way to get to us is by car or taxi from towns Blato or Vela Luka.
