Modern, airy and welcoming, the villa has been totally renovated to provide a cheerful and welcoming ambiance. Soft panel colors, modern amenities, large spaces, will satisfy even the most demanding guests. The fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and all the appliances for a fully self catering holiday) has a dining table for 8 and open straight to the front terrace providing lovely views over the East, with the sea and Albanian Mainland in the distance. The lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels) and wi-fi. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, all air-conditioned, 2 doubles and 2 twins. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with bathtub + shower over and opens straight to the rear patio / garden providing lovely views over Kassiopi Bay. The 3 further bedrooms are respectively one double and 2 twins and share 2 further family shower rooms. A useful laundry room, located along the hallways, is available for the guests and is equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board. Outside, Villa Kessar is a true heaven. The pool patio, set a few steps above the main villa entrance, has a large private pool (measuring the impressive size of 8m x 7m, depth 1.1 to 1.8m) including a separate shallow section perfect for children. The extensive terraces are surrounded by greenery, flowers, are beautifully lit at night, and provide sensational views over the sea. For the comfort of our guests, 8 sunbeds are provided (pool towels are provided too), and the pool terraces attract sun all day long: a perfect places for the lovers of sun tan! Brick built barbecue, as well as 2 outdoor dining areas (one by the pool, one by the entrance terrace) are provided. Private parking is also available within the premises.
