The complete remodel was carefully crafted to instill modern comforts and upgrades, while maintaining the beautiful charm of the home.

LOCATION:

We're centrally located to many top attractions in the Denver metro and regional area. The home is a great base location to explore Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, Golden, and Day trips to the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Guests will love their experience at the Belmar Shopping and Dining district! There you will find restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, art galleries, cafes, a movie theater, a bowling facility, and concerts in the summer and an ice rink in the winter! The home is only a 5 minute drive to Belmar!

You may notice on the map, another perk about the location is that the home is in the middle of 4 of the best parks in the neighborhood, Addenbrooke Park, Carmody Park, Belmar Park, and Kendrick Lake.

Enjoy a round of tennis on the courts or shoot hoops on the basketball courts instead. Need to practice your soccer and baseball/softball skills, these parks have you covered. Most guests love simply taking a stroll around the lake or numerous walking trails available in Lakewood. The kiddos will love the playgrounds, especially the one at Carmody Park!

Two great public recreation centers are only 5 minutes away. At the rec center you will find indoor swimming/lap pools, wall climbing, an indoor running track, gymnasium, Pickleball court, cardio & weight machines and much more! Both rec centers charge the same great low rates for residents and guests!

The home has easy access to US-6 and I-70 towards Colorado's best ski resort and lovely mountain towns.

THE HOME:

This unique quad-level 5 bdrm/2bath home has been thoughtfully renovated inside and updated with new landscaping on the outside! The home has an upstairs, a main floor, a garden level, and a basement!

Guests will find 3 comfy king size beds, 2 queen beds, 1 full size bed, a single bed, 2 memory foam single fold up beds, and a comfort raised queen air mattress.

There are 2 full bathrooms, one located on the upper level and the second on the garden level. The oversized garden bathroom has a newly installed jetted air tub and a separate shower enclosure.

Catch up with friends and family in the living room or take the conversation over to the separate TV room. SMART TV or TV with streaming devices are provided for your stay, please feel free to sign into our personal streaming provider of your choice.

2 Washers, 2 commercial dryers, and detergent are on site for your convenience.

KID FRIENDLY:

A portable crib, a booster high chair, games, and other kid friendly items are ready for your stay. For our little visitors, we have 2 outdoor playsets for their enjoyment.

OUTSIDE THE HOME:

Upon arrival of the home guests will find the home is located on huge corner lot! The entire space is fully landscaped.

Enjoy the beautiful Colorado nights on an oversized stamped and stained concrete patio. Two outdoor pergolas add to the charm of the backyard! The backyard is fully enclosed. There is a 6 person dining set and a 4 person conversational patio set. For those who love to grill, a BBQ awaits your visit.

Perfect place in Denver

This home is beautiful and perfect for any Denver adventures. We were in Denver for a concert at Red Rocks and it was conveniently located close to the venue. The home had plenty of space and comfy beds. The outdoor living area was an added bonus. Check in was easy and the owner responded quickly to all of our requests. We can't wait to stay at this property again!

Lovely option for Red Rocks

My family chose this house because we had tickets for Red Rocks Venue. The location was perfect...close to hiking, game rooms, and Meowolf...all of which we did. The home is lovely and the sleeping conditions were perfect! There are 3 King options and 3 smaller options...all of which are VERY comfortable. The air flow in the house is great as several rooms have window cooling units so each party could manage their own.The house is clean and the communication fantastic. I highly recommend.

Relaxing Home with many beds with stairs

Lovely property that suited our needs for our trip to attend my daughter’s graduation and pack her up to go home. It accommodated the size of my middle aged family well a 5 year old in tow (7). Accessible and close to shopping and restaurants with a nice backyard to relax. The living room, TV room, and kitchen were clean, well kept, and enjoyable. They served our needs well. I’ll say I am thankful that my parents had to cancel at the last minute for other reasons because you need to use stairs every time you need to go to the bathroom or go to bed – 1 or 2 flights depending on which bedroom you chose. Not for older people I would say. Also, the playground equipment looks much newer in the pictures than it actually is. Those pictures are likely how it used to look several years ago. However, it was all functional and the 5 year old still enjoyed it. Owner was cordial, friendly, and welcoming. I would stay there again.

We were in town for a wedding and had 2 adults/2 kids in the basement, 2 adults/1 infant in one bedroom, one adult in another bedroom and two adults upstairs. This house was great! There are only two bathrooms, but we made it work. We loved the outdoor living space and having a very nice washer/dryer. Location is close to so many things: Evergren, Red Rocks, Coors Field. Street house is on was super quiet. Hosts were very nice and responsive/helpful. They were also so nice as to let us check in early after an early flight to Denver. Very positive experience! Highly recommend.

Most kid friendly places we have stayed!

We have stayed in a handful of VRBO’s in the last year due to a flood in our house and vacations. This was by far the most child friendly house we have ever stayed in. They have a high chair, crib, toys, baby gates(didn’t really work in the places they where needed but was a nice thought), play-set outside and plastic plate and utensils. The coffee table in the Tv room is a bit dangerous even for adults( my broth in law hit his leg on it a lot). Lots of rooms and extra beds worked out great for us. Our kids loves the big Tea For Two tub. Lots of seats for everyone to sit comfortably. Room to spread out and still be in the same room. Easy to find and get to from anywhere in the city

We had a bigger group (5 adults, 1 teen and 2 little kids) at the house for a week. We loved the house! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. It was even roomy enough to host some of our local family over for dinner. The home was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to be able to cook some of our own meals. The “tv room” off of the dining room gave us extra space to be able to sit and chat in the formal living room. The house even included some toys and games for the kids – they had a blast! The owners, Kim and Ben, were an absolute pleasure to work with! I asked a lot of questions about the house and Kim got back to me quickly and was always happy to answer my questions. We even got snow one day during our visit and the owners came over to shovel – we were surprised (and impressed!) by that. Our group would highly recommend this home – and these owners! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Colorado!

Not good for more than about 4 people

We checked in stayed 2 nights by the 3rd day we attempted to start a load of laundry and noticed a puddle of water on the floor of the laundry room in the basement we reported the leak immediately we were told no one could come out due to it being the weekend. We thought ok fine a small inconvenience we will just do our laundry else where. We all stated getting ready to enjoy our day and took showers then realized that it was not the washer leaking it was actually sewage backing up and was filling the basement laundry room and bedroom from just 5 people taking a shower. The smell was horrible. After finally getting a answer from the management team we were offered to relocate on our own this is now around 8pm at night with just a refund of our unused time remaining or taking another home that was about 45 mins away. To add insult to injury this is a common problem for this house and neighborhood. This was not a issue we caused in any way. Not to mention we were traveling with 2 disabled people. So at 8pm we are now packing up to move to a house 45 mins away that we tried to rent 1st from them but were told they would not allow the ADA registered service animal that is required by law to be permitted and required by one of the disabled people in our party documents were provided for proof that it is a actual ADA registeredservice animal. now all of a sudden the service animal is allowed at the house we could not originally rent because of the service animal. We were not offered any discount for the issues or major inconveniences we had to go through and the fact that they discriminated against someone who needed a service animal until it suited their own agenda was very disappointing.

8 of us stayed at this property for a girls trip. You can’t beat the proximity to Red Rocks and Denver. Beds were comfy and the house was clean. Owners were easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

We love how this home had a different layout then most homes. With 4 floor levels to explore, we knew it would provide a unique and comfortable vacation rental experience. Guests can find individual privacy, but also gather without feeling crowded. We placed a lot of love in the remodel.
