Outside there is off-road parking and a decked area, providing breath-taking views across the lake with a seating area and a woodfired hot tub. Oak Lodge is an idyllic base for a romantic retreat to the East Midlands. Note: This property does not accept any children under 18 years old - this includes infants.

Decked area with hot tub and furniture for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Guests have access to on-site fishing with a private fishing peg and a private pontoon for tranquil experiences. The nearest shop is 1.9 miles away, and the pub is 0.4 miles away (0.2 miles accessible on foot by footpath). EV charger available on-site, chargeable via the ICS app. Guests can enjoy course fishing on-site, with a variety of fish species available. The lake's spring-fed nature ensures excellent water quality, optimal oxygen levels, and healthy fish conditions. Please note: The car park is approximately 250 meters from the property, and the path leading to the property may be unsuitable for the elderly, disabled, or less mobile guests.
