Recus par les proprietaires,charmants, discrets dans une villa au calme sur les hauteurs de malia.Bien situee pour visiter l est de la crete avec une superbe piscine,a qlqs minutes a pied du centre de malia pleins de restaurants,plusieurs supermarches dont un grand.malia beach plutot pour ceux qui aiment le bruit et l alcool,mais heureusement beaucoup d autres plages plus calmes et tres jolies,a decouvrir par vous meme.Enchantes de notre sejour et encore merci a martin et helene pour leur accueuil

Wonderful accommodation - Perfect for families!

Many thanks to the very friendly and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time in this particularly beautiful and quiet accommodation. We loved the gorgeous pool. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished with everything you need. The location is special and close to the old town of Malia with very good restaurants. The accommodation was also an ideal base for our excursions on the island. Thank you again for this wonderful vacation. A clear 5 star place!

An amazing stay at a gorgeous villa

This villa is an absolute gem and so are the hosts. From the initial booking right through to our stay Martin and Helen were really friendly and helpful hosts The villa is amazing with so much space indoors and outdoors, sun and shade, it really is perfect! Location is also ideal with it being quiet and yet only 10 mins walk into Malia

Relaxing holiday

We had a good time in Malia. There was a nice landlord. Pool and apartment were very clean. No noise. Having a car is an advantage. 10 min. walk to the village. The kitchen had everything you need. Heraklion is only 30 min. from our location away. What more do you want?

Appartement très sympa, bien équipé. Très bon accueil de Martin. Jardin très agréable. Endroit calme et pourtant on peut aller à Malia à pied où l'on trouve tout( commerces, restaurants, pharmacie, médecin, bars ..)

Relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings

We stayed in Villa Lemonia for a week, our hosts Martin and Helen were very helpful and the accommodation was clean and comfortable with a great pool and lovely garden. The villa was in a peaceful location with no noise coming from lively Malia but within easy walking distance to Old Malia. We wandered down to the Old Town for dinner most evenings and tried different restaurants each time.. the meals in each and every one were most enjoyable! Altogether a nice relaxing holiday in the sun!

Super. Tout d'abord, très bon accueil de Martin le propriétaire qui prend le temps de communiquer avec nous afin de s'assurer que le séjour se déroule bien. Un joli panier de fruits nous a été offert à notre arrivée. De l'eau ainsi que beaucoup de choses essentielles à l'hygiène ont été mis à disposition. L'intérieur est très bien mais l'extérieur est super. Il y a l'emplacement pour garer votre véhicule protégé par un portail électrique ; c'est un jardin joliment arboré avec citronniers et palmiers, mais le must reste la très grande piscine. Relaxing Summer Family Holiday

Excellent facilities, very clean and modern villa set in large (and beautiful) gardens. Indoors is fully airconditioned throughout with insect screens on all windows. The pool is generously sized and perfectly maintained at a nice temperature. The 2 outdoor seating areas are both comfortable and charmingly placed to either keep an eye on the pool or relax in the garden area by the pizza oven and BBQ. The surroundings are very peaceful, we barely noticed having neighbours and any noisy nightlife in Malia doesn't reach the villa. Plenty of local shops and Tavernas of Old Malia are 10 minutes walk away, all are excellent. Can't really ask for more, just don't forget your mosquito repellant and I can promise you will have a perfectly relaxing time here.

We have been visiting Greece for years. My wife and I met in Rhodes in 1989 working as holiday reps. We honeymooned on Crete in 1992 and have visited every year with our children since 2003. So it wasn’t really a surprise to anyone that we decided to buy a property here.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Villa Lemonia ticked so many boxes for us. It was close to the Airport (less than 30 minutes in a taxi) it's also on a bus route so you don't necessarily need to hire a car. We were definitely attracted to the fact it had a good sized pool, and the outside space including a barbecue area. We also loved that it had a mature garden and it's own fruit trees. It's very private and quiet. It's less than 10 minutes to walk to the supermarket and restaurants. It's also a good base to explore eastern Crete.

The villa is split into two apartments, with their own entrances. We stay in the top apartment and guests stay in the ground floor apartment.

We leave the pool and garden to our guests so they have sole use during their stay.

The garden is a lovely place to spend time, very relaxing and the pool is big enough to have a swim. The view makes us smile every day.
