Villa with swimming pool near the La Mata Beach
If you are looking for tranquility and privacy, enjoying your family away from prying eyes and taking advantage of your vacation outdoors, this house meets all the conditions. And if your pet is one of the family, you are all welcome.
It is an Ibizan style villa, a 100 m2 detached house on one floor. It has 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 full bathrooms with shower; living room and equipped kitchen. It is surrounded by large porches to be used as a dining room, reading room... The terrace, also measuring 100 m2, offers excellent views over the Molino Blanco urbanization and, at a certain distance, the sea.
The pool and a large barbecue complete the property.
The winter months are more bearable thanks to a wonderful fireplace in the living room, where you can experience Danish "hygge", that feeling of comfort, of being at ease.
There is a pleasant pedestrian connection 5 minutes from the beach through a garden area.
