Upon arrival the outside pool area of the villa was very impressive but inside the property we were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness which we reported immediately but nothing was done apart from the rep taking photos the following day. We loved the location as there was a few bars and a shop 200m walking distance. The residential area was nice and quiet too. A car is a must to get to the main beach/town. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the villa itself is very nice.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're pleased to know that you enjoyed the villa itself, the impressive pool area and the peaceful residential setting. It's also great to hear that the nearby bars and shop added convenience to your stay. We are sorry, however, that the cleanliness of the interior did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment that the matter was not resolved as you had hoped, and we will take your comments on board with the team responsible. We're glad that, despite this, you thoroughly enjoyed your stay and appreciated the villa and its location. Fantastic family villa!

We stayed at Villa Koster with a group of friends and family, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is incredibly spacious, and having three en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor gave everyone plenty of privacy. The outdoor area is amazing—we spent most of our days by the private pool, playing ping-pong, and enjoying barbecues in the garden. The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot for watching the sunset. It is located in a very quiet street, but still just a short drive from Carvoeiro and some of the most beautiful beaches like Vale de Centeanes.
