Stunning boutique Victorian Coastal Town House

This luxury boutique Victorian terrace 4 storey Town House has an amazing location in Cromer town centre and just 2 minutes walk to the beach and supermarket. It has recently been fully renovated and is beautifully furnished with lovely furnitures, state of the art kitchen and amazing decking in the back garden with a brand new hot tub.

Secure garden ideal for children. This house is in a residential area and need to respect our neighbours with no loud nuisance.

Parking for 2 cars. A stunning reception room and games room as well as very generous new kitchen leading to the back garden terrace for outdoor dining on the ground floor, with additional grand living room on the first floor and 6 very generous bedroom upstairs.

The space
The Beach House is a very spacious house with plenty of welcoming rooms for the whole family to relax. There are 3 reception rooms, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large terrace in the back garden for relaxing which includes an outdoor BBQ area with a large Outdoor Chef BBQ as well as outdoor hot water shower and Jaccuzi/hot tub.

There's fibre broadband (up to 500mbps) with a mesh whole-home Wi-Fi system for seamless coverage. BT Broadband and entertainment package available too.

There is parking for 2 cars in the back side of the property. However there is free parking in front of the house but spaces are limited. In addition there are two large car parks close to the house (Beach Car Park, Cadagon Car park).
Ground floor: There are 3 comfortable reception rooms (an amazing garden/games room, stylish reception/ living room, large kitchen dining room) leading to the terrace in the back garden.

Living Room
Furnished with 2 very comfartable sofas, 2 stunning NKUKU arm chairs, coffee table, cosy wood burner, starter pack of logs. TV with BT broadband and sonos music systems throughout the house.

Garden games Room
Lovely decorated Garden games room with a lovely wood burner has a games table offering table tennis, pool and air hockey for everyone to enjoy during your stay. It has a very comfortable leather arm chair. Bi fold doors leading to the terrace on the side of the house.

Kitchen/ Dining Room
Stunning brand new kitchen with a range cooker and additional oven, microwave, wine fridge and large American fridge. There is a large dining table with seating for 12 (using 2 additional chairs from the conservatory) opening up to sliding door leading to the terrace for outdoor dining with gorgeous teak wooden outdoor table and chairs offering outdoor dinner whilst watching the sunset.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with a lovely butler sink, gas Range Cooker, AEG electric oven, large Bosch Americanfridge/freezer, AEG dishwasher, AEG microwave, hot water Quooker, toaster, kettle.

Full range of pots, pans, utensils, bakeware and cookware. Ample supply of stunning glassware, china, and cutlery for 12 guests. Also provided: tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and essential kitchen supplies (soap, cloths, oven glove, dishwasher tablets, foil, kitchen towel, condiments etc.)

Storage room: to store hoover, mop and cleaning materials.

There are 6 bedrooms and they are described by their decor colour.

1. The Blue Room: King size divan bed, bedside cabinets, reading lamps, chest of drawers, and a wooden desk. Garden view.
2. Stunning Victorian style Burlington bathroom with bath tub and shower, wash basin, toilet and towel rail.

3. Wet room / laundry room
Walk-in shower, Bosh washing machine and dryer, drying racks

Also available: electric cooling fans, high chairs if required.

Second floor:
4. The Green Room: King size divan bed, bedside cabinet, stunning wooden chest of drawers and an antique dusty pink chaise longue. Town and garden view.
5. Large grand living room with 2 stunning dark blue velvet sofa, stunning art work, leather arm chair and beautiful candle art work with an outdoor balcony seating for 2 pp to enjoy a drink when watching the sunrise in the morning or sunset in the evening. The room has a wood burning stove.

Third floor:
6. The Orange room: 2 single divan beds and ensuite bathroom with walk shower, toilet, wash basin and towel rail.

4th floor:
There are 3 stunning large bedrooms available in this floor:
1. The Pink room has a super king divan bed, antique velvet dusty pink arm chair and Victorian wardrobe. Stunning town and see view.
2. The Purple room: double size divan bed, bedside cabinets and a large mirror wooden wardrobe.
3. The Grey room: double size divan bed, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers.

Bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, soap, shower gel and hair shampoo are all provided. All bed linen is cotton. Pillows and duvets are hypo-allergenic.

Outside Space

A stunning terrace with dark grey composite decking for outdoor entertaining. It has a large teak wooden table and chairs. There is a seating area in the corner to enjoy coffee/tea in the morning. There is parking on the back of the house for 2 cars.

The back garden is entirely walled and fenced and can be completely secured for the safety of children when all the gates are closed.

All self catering accommodation in England is required to partake in test and trace either via the NHS app or providing contact details for all guests aged 16 and over.

We always aim to personally greet and welcome guests at check-in. We comply with social distancing and face coverings when required.

Great location to walk into Cromer

A beautifully renovation house and very close to the beach and town. Excellent kitchen and good seating for our party of 11 and comfortable lounges to o relax in. Would recommend house for larger parties who want a seaside break.

Perfect in every way and very quiet

The house was perfect for our needs. Spacious. All our needs were catered for with plenty of beds, comfortable lounge areas, well equipped kitchen. Very close to the town and the beach ... but still it was very quiet for sleeping which was great. Thank you very much from us all we loved it.

Beautiful house in great location

Perfect house and location for a family Christmas! Games room a hit with children and adults alike. Lots of space to do things together and in separate groups. Lovely to have a kitchen big enough to sit 11 for our Christmas meal. Some of us were brave enough to have a Christmas morning dip, but it was very short! We had a wonderful time, thank you!

We love this house and fell in love with Cromer last year during one of our visits to the North Norfolk coast. Cromer has a lovely town centre and the fantastic Cromer Pier theatre with many fabulous shows. Cromer no1 for the best fish and shops within minutes walking from the house. The house is large and offer ample space for everyone. There is a hot tub available for an additional cost upon request.
