Settled into the hillside overlooking Rethymno town and coastline, this complex of 3 villas lies in an envious spot with panoramic sea views. In a peaceful location, Oneiric Villas are ideally located just outside the cultural Rethymno town, and all amenities are nearby. Each stone-built villa offers a different facility that will delight families, couples, or groups alike.


Expansive grounds with grass lawns give way to panoramic views of the sea and Rethymno town. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the pool terrace, and the house interiors will not disappoint with open plan living areas designed to a modern high spec.


Each of Oneiric Villas also offers its own individuality with extra facilities such as a private swimming pool, outdoor childrens play area, along with an internal, autonomous apartment with a lounge area and kitchenette. Whether family, couple, or group, one of the Oneiric villas is sure to make your holiday dreams a reality.


Layout

Oneiric Exclusive Villa 2 is set on a 1500 sq. m. plot and boasts a rolling lawned garden, wood built childrens play area and a private infinity style viewpool. An open plan living area with modern furnishings opens up onto the pool terrace and the light stone walls are a theme throughout. The property is split over 3 levels with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and one on each of the first and lower floors, accommodating 8 people in total.

Ground Floor

The open plan, stylish living area has sofa seating and a 65" Smart TV with Netflix. The contemporary kitchen has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. A kitchen island holds the electric hob and high stools line its edge for sociable cooking and casual dining. For more formal dining, the dining table seats 8 in smart, metal backed chairs and takes prime position in front of the large patio doors which open onto the veranda and pool area, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

Two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, the first of which has an en-suite bathroom and contains a Queen size double bed (1,80 x 2,00), open wardrobe, 43" Smart TV and patio doors which lead onto a terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds (0,90x2,00) which can be made into a Queen (1,80x2,00), open wardrobe, 32" Smart TV and patio doors which open onto a private balcony with sea views. A separate bathroom is next to the bedroom, convenient for communal use and serving as bathroom for the second bedroom with a rainshower.

First Floor

Reached via a floating staircase, the first floor bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with rainshower. A Queen bedded room (1,80 x 2,00), it features an open wardrobe, 32"Smart TV and window with glorious views over the pool and out to sea.

Lower Floor

The large lower floor has an open plan area and features a gym area with treadmill, static bcycle, elliptical machine and a 32" Smart TV. The room has partition walls which can separate the area from the autonomous apartment featured on this level. This independent space has an additional seating area with sofa, 55" Smart TV with Netflix and Playstation 4. A kitchenette is also available, as well as a utility cupboard with a washing machine. A further bedroom with Queen bed room (1,80x2,00) and 42 TV, along with a separate bathroom with shoer cabin, can also be found on this level. An external door provides a separate entrance to the apartment and its terrace area houses a ping pong table.

Outdoor Area

The 1400 sq. m. outdoor area is beautifully landscaped with awned gardens framing the villa, providing the perfect space in which to play or relax. The outdoor facilities include:

- 55 sq. m. private swimming pool (1,4 m depth) with childrens section ( 0,.45) and step access. The pool can be heated with an additional daily cost (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
- A 4 seater hot tub
- Comfortable sun beds with umbrellas and a daybed for luxurious poolside relaxation

-An outdoor dining table is located under a pergola, next to the charcoal barbecue with sink, cupboards and preparation area.

- Comfortable rattan sofa area near the lawn beyond the pool for relaxation while enjoying the sweeping sea views.

- A further seating area

- Large lawned garden by the pool area and at the side of the house featuring a childrens play structure with swings and slides.

- Ping pong table on the terrace area at the back of the house.

- Driveway that provides parking space for up to 6 cars. The villa has its own private entrance.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Traumvilla in Kreta mit fantastischem Service

Wir haben 2 Wochen im der Villa verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die Eigentümer haben uns herzlich empfangen und standen immer zur Verfügung. Tägliche Hausreinigung und Service durch die super nette Haushälterin machen den Aufenthalt noch spezieller. Die Agentur hilft bei allen Wünsche (Reisen, Restaurants, Beach-Club). Highlight war der Sonnenuntergang und die atemberaubende Aussicht und Stimmung auf der Terrasse. Danke für alles Rena und Katharina und gerne ein anderes Mal wieder.

Simply outstanding, would highly recommend this luxury villa

Our stay at Oneiric Villa 2, was perfect. We can not fault the service we received. From the moment we enquired and for the duration of our stay, Kostas and his team at Etouri were simply wonderful. They managed everything for us, including excursion bookings, taxis, restaurant recommendations (which were excellent) and bookings. Nothing was too much trouble. Katerina and Reena the owners welcomed us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome by personally taking us around the villa to show us all the rooms and amenities. They also very generously left us a welcome pack which was much more than we could have hoped for. Not only this but upon hearing that we were celebrating a wedding anniversary, Katerina personally delivered a cake to us on the day to wish us a happy anniversary. Each day Eleni visited the villa to clean for us. She was wonderful - one afternoon we came home to a home cooked meal waiting for us. All of the vegetables had been picked from her own garden. We were really very touched by her thoughtfulness and very much enjoyed seeing her every day. As for the villa. It was more than we could have hoped for. Beautifully furnished, immaculately presented, with a very well equipped kitchen - Katerina and Reena have thought of everything. The location is superb. Amazing views out to sea and a short taxi ride in to the old town with it's amazing restaurants and great shopping. Before we checked out Katerina and Reena popped by to say good bye and wish us a safe trip home as did Eleni. A very personal service which we all appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Oneiric Villa 2, we were there for 11 nights and wish we could have stayed longer - none of us wanted to leave. Thank you to the team at Etouri, to Katerina and Reena and Eleni for a wonderful holiday.
