Lovely Villa with superb pool

The villa was of a very good standard, everything was high quality and new condition. The air conditioning made the villa very comfortable when the temperatures got too hot. The kitchen is very well equipped and finished to a high standard. The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos and made this an ideal holiday destination

Comfort in great nature

Situated in a very quiet location surrounded by wonderful nature the house yet has good transport links. The nice village Cómpeta is only a few minutes away by car and offers many shopping facilities. The road to the coast is very winding but leads through great landscapes. The house has been lavishly renovated, retaining its character. The furnishings are tasteful and practical. We were grateful for fly protection all around and good shutters. The beds are fine, the modern kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Everywhere was very clean. Great are the solid covered terrace as well as the well-maintained pool. Despite the steep driveway, the house is easily accessible. We felt comfortable for three weeks, friendly looked after by Frank on site. The communication with the owner was also excellent. Without hesitation, we can thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit vakantiehuisje wat wel wat afgelegen ligt van het dorp. Het privezwembad was heerlijk om op ieder moment van de dag in te springen

Absolute aanrader!

De villa is absoluut top! Nieuw, modern en erg mooi. Het zwembad is geweldig en in de zomer een onmisbare toevoeging. De AirCo’s in de slaapkamers koelen de kamer in no time naar een aangename temperatuur, dus geen plaknachten. De buitenruimte met het afdak geeft lekker veel schaduw en verkoeling. De villa is ver buiten het dorp en te bereiken via een steile weg bergaf. Hierdoor is het lekker stil en rustig en dat is heerlijk, maar het maakt het tegelijkertijd vrijwel onmogelijk om ergens te komen zonder auto. Ik raad sowieso aan een stevige auto te huren om deze reden.

Erholsamer Ort mitten in der Natur

Das Haus liegt idyllisch inmitten einer Avocadoplantage in den Bergen und bietet beste Erholung. Der dazugehörige Pool mit Salzwasser ist hochwertig und garantiert einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach und ausreichend. Einzigstes persönliches Manko war die harte Bettmatratze. In 30 min. ist man an der Autobahn und kann tolle Ausflüge nach z.B. Nerja, Alhambra, Granada, Sierra Nevada, oder an die naheliegenden Strände unternehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut erreichbar. Die Bergstraßen sind abenteuerlich und erfordern viel Aufmerksamkeit. Wir fanden es superschön und kommen gerne wieder.
