Overview
Villa Angelos is located in Katelios, Kefalonia. This detached vacation
rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 8
people (6 Adults and 2 Children) with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There
is a private pool with barbecue. Walking distance to the Beach and
Restaurants.
Layout

Villa Angelos is a new stone built one level villa with spacious open
plan living, dining and kitchen area. Three adjacent bedrooms, each
with en-suite showers, have sliding balcony doors to the pool terraces.
For outdoor living there is a brick built BBQ and shaded dining area
with comfortable sunbeds by the private pool. The gated property offers
safe parking and is an easy walk to the supermarket, bakery, bars,
tavernas and sandy beaches of Katelios.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Bedrooms
Villa Angelos has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Additional bed available: 2 Single Sofa Beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We were there for our daughter's wedding and what a fabulous setting for it. We had a lovely time and so relaxing.The villa was so comfortable, and the pool man was great. He helped us with a few things that we needed to know.

Had an amazing time. Villa extremely well made and equipped but it absolutely does not sleep 8. There are 6 seats at the table, 6 loungers by the pool etc. the l shaped sofa isn’t a bed settee and there’s no bedding for it. Also anyone staying on the sofa would have to use the bathroom in one of the bedrooms.It’s the loveliest place to stay but you must delete the “ sleeps 6 “ as it’s misleading

Villa Angelos was a great villa. It feels like you are tucked away in the countryside yet bars, restaurants and the beach are all only a ten minute walk away. The lack of walls as a boundary to the property creates a feeling of open space and when the plants mature this will create a more natural boundary. A great property!

We had an amazing time. Villa Angelos is a magnificent place to stay in Kefalonia. Its spacious with three superb bedrooms, a beautiful garden and a splendid pool area - by the way, the water in the pool is in the perfect temperature! Theres a huge lounge with a comfy sofa, big tables inside and outside and air condition units in every room! Its a 10-minute walk from Kateleios where youll find lots of places to eat and drink. All in all great value for money :)

Booked a villa in Cyprus through this company last year. Nice to be back again with Agni Travel! Villa Angelos was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining area with BBQ. The sunset and sea views from the terrace were breathtaking. Everyone in Katelios was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Skala and Argostolion and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

Bedrooms with en suite bathroom, amenities, and the fact that everything was functional, helped us have a great time. The beds were comfy. It is likely that we will revisit and recommend it to other friends and family. The local beaches Paralia Katelios, Katelios Beach, and Mounda Beach were beautiful and we visited them several times, all had an amazing restaurants on the sea front that wasnt overly busy at any time we went in June.
