House with spectacular sea views, private pool, parking and wifi.
Set in a more peaceful area of Lloret de Mar away from the busy town. This beautiful house, located in a residential area only a few minutes drive to the beach and centre. The whole house has recently been refurbished.
Suitable for families, couples or big families up to eight.
There are four bedrooms.
There is also a baby chair and a cot available free. There are two bathrooms, a lounge room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate indoor and outdoor dining area with some of the most incredible, uninterrupted sea views in Lloret de Mar. There is free wifi and TV with a large range of international channels and movies.
On the ground floor terrace below the apartment there is a laundry room free for guest use.
The pool and the furnished poolside area with a barbeque is for private use of the guests only. The terrace in the pool area is approximately 150 square metres.
Please read the Holiday Rental Agreement regarding arrival and departure dates in summer before making a reservation.
Parking is free next to the house.
We do not accept groups of young people or parties. Tourist tax and cleaning is included in the fee. Towels and bedding are provided.
