El golfo panorámico, la playa, la piscina y las impresionantes vistas son lo que este condominio de lujo tiene para ofrecerle desde su balcón envolvente de 586 pies cuadrados.

Cuando primero ponga el pie adentro usted encontrará la pared-de-ventanas del suelo-a-techo que conducen a la característica más única del condo ~ el balcón envuelto espectacular. Es más grande que algunos apartamentos de un dormitorio en la playa! El balcón ofrece una multitud de hermosa playa sin obstáculos, piscina, amanecer, puesta de sol y vistas a la ciudad. Tiene capacidad para 8 y hay una mesa en caso de que decidas tener tu desayuno con los delfines. Dos cómodas tumbonas redondean este balcón bien equipado.

Este condominio bellamente amueblado altamente deseado tiene muchas características incluyendo:
 * La planta es la mayor disposición de 3 dormitorios en el complejo con 1547 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable.

Gulf Shores Spring Break Getaway

Listing was clean and as advertised. The view was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio, easy access to beach, and pools on the property. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Spring Break Vacay

Our family choose this condo because of the number of rooms/bathrooms, large balcony, recliner, and layout of the condo. It was perfect for our needs. Our family included three children and 5 adults. We had a wonderful Spring Break vacation. We will try to book this unit in the future!

Perfect Condo!

The condo is amazingly better than the pictures portray. The property is extremely clean, comfortable and safe! We spent Thanksgiving week here and look forward to doing it again next year. Communication with the management was excellent throughout the process.

Great location

The condo was very clean & roomy. As other reviews have mentioned, the view from the balcony is spectacular! The beds were comfy, showers were nice, and there was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults & 2 young kids (3 & 1). The beach was just a short walk from the condo. The waves were too strong for our little ones to swim in the gulf for the first half of our stay due to hurricane Beryl so we appreciated the 2 outdoor & 1 indoor pool. The waves were much calmer the second half of our trip. The location is great - many shops & restaurants nearby. We had a few very minor issues. The closet door was broken (repaired quickly), the tv in one room did not work, & the door code was inactivated early. We would definitely stay here again.

Better than advertised! Very clean and organized. Every need was anticipated by the owners. The communications could not get any better. We had some great weather too. The properties location is fantastic!

Great View

The view was fantastic! Living room furniture dirty, definitely needed cleaning or replacing, with some up dated furniture. Garbage disposal needs replacing, rusted will probably fall off soon. Best thing was the walk in shower. Over all the condo needs to be updated. Needs a make over.

Family trip

I stayed here with my husband and 3 children. We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the view from inside the condo and outside on the balcony. The space was perfect - each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. In unit laundry was great! The space was very clean. We never had a problem getting an elevator. There was plenty of parking. The parking areas also had some carts for hauling things up to the unit, which was very nice. The building was well maintained and quiet. Great amenities - pools (indoor - heated, 2 outdoor pools, and 2 outdoor hot tubs), outdoor grills, and beach access. This property is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

A fantastic stay on the beach

We were fortunate enough to stay in this wonderful condo for the month of January. Everything was exactly as described. Owner was very helpful. We were able to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, dolphin, and glorious sunshine from the expansive deck. You will not find a better view, inside or out! The kitchen was the best equipped we have ever found in a condo stay. Linens appeared to be professionally cleaned, very important to us. Wi-Fi and TV were great. Our stay was even better than we hoped. We cannot wait to return and hope to rent from the owners again! Thank you, Laurie for offering this condo and being so attentive to detail.

Beautiful Condo

This condo has everything a group would need for an great vacation. Short walk to the beach. Never had to wait on an elevator. The sunrise and sunset view from the balcony is awesome. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Great condo!

We spent the week here over Thanksgiving. Husband worked remotely. Wi-Fi worked well, the mattresses were very comfortable, wonderful showers, and a full compliment of pot/pans and utensils in the kitchen. We appreciated the details of soap, TP and paper towels. We enjoyed the PAC-Man gaming system!! This condo gave plenty of room for 5 adults. We look forward to another visit in 2024.

Birthday vacation with siblings

Although the weather did not cooperate overall we had a very nice time. Due to the weather it would have been nice if one of the hot tubs was located next to the indoor pool.
