The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a full range of appliances and likewise benefits from terrace access. 1 double bedroom on this floor includes an en-suite bathroom with bath, bidet, WC, and double hand-basin, along with a private exit to the garden. Also on this floor, there are 2 shower rooms each fitted with a bidet, WC, and double hand-basin.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room without a window featuring 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, and 1 room with 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2 guests plus 1 pull-out bed for 1 person. This floor is served by a shower room with bidet, WC, and double hand-basin.

On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. 1 room includes a dressing room and a French bed measuring 160 cm, with a private en-suite shower room with bidet and WC. Accessible via an open staircase, 1 open room features 2 single beds each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from air conditioning. Parquet floors run throughout the property, adding a refined and cohesive aesthetic to the interior.
