You really would find it difficult to be closer to the sea, situated in GranvilleMarina the flat offers uninterrupted views across the sea and the sandy beach literally on your doorstep means it’s a short walk along the beach to the Royal Harbour with its array of eateries and bars.
After a day exploring you can sit back and relax to enjoy the views across the sea. Whilst the harbour is a gentle stroll along the beach, it is far enough away to not be affected by any noise. The apartment is in a quiet location.
The property is located on the top floor of the building and the property itself has a bright, spacious open plan living area with a dining area and an open plan kitchen, thoughtfully planned to be a sociable space for family or friends. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and a spacious shower room. There is parking outside the property which is free.
