Nice proximity to Sagrada Familia
Good size for small family, shops were close as well as some nice cafes and restaurants. We walked to Casa Mila and Casa Battlo but caught a taxi back with the kids.

Location was very convenient. The master bedroom bathroom is so tiny that normal movement during the shower would knock the faucet settings! The locks to enter and exit are hard to work.

Barcelona mid-week visit
This was a very nice spot, centrally located and close to Sagrada Familia, walking distance to good shopping and restaurants. The apartment met our needs. It was clean and comfortable in a nice neighborhood. The street is noisy but it was fine for us.

Great location
We only stayed for 3 nights so we didn't use any of the appliances besides the fridge. The place is very clean, location is great. Property management is great, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is ok. The pictures are not accurate. The apartment is old and not well maintained in my opinion. Windows are hard to open and close, floor is all chipped, kitchen table and chairs are not the ones In the pictures. Bigger bathroom shower was leaking and in order to have enough pressure for shower we had to hold it. Overall is ok for a very short and simple stay.

My Beloved Barcelona
We understood that it is an older building so, there isn't any elevator or AC. It is also close to a very busy street. Excellent location!!! Sagrada Familia is your Metro Stop.Very clean and secure! Wonderful staff : ) Great to find such a convenient place with 2 bathrooms, reasonably priced for Barcelona. We were a group of 5 people - 2 adults and 3 children. Fans were provided in each room. We closed the main shutters during the day to keep the August heat out while we were site seeing. Thank You Lodging Apartments!

Apartment in Barcelona
The management company for the apartment could not have been nicer or more responsive. They emailed a map with attractions in advance, left a large bowl of snacks and were immediately responsive to all requests.
However, the listing on vrbo said there was an elevator and a washer/dryer. The management company did advise that there was no elevator, but I missed that! And there is no dryer.
The building is very unattractive from the outside - narrow sidewalk wedged between garage doors with piles of rubble next to the building. And the inside is very much in need of paint and freshening. Also very noisy, both from street traffic and from the neighboring apartment.

The apartment itself was older, not is great shape, and without air con, located on a busy street with active construction close by, making for lots of noise. We were informed of the lack of air con two days before our arrival, making it difficult to rebook. (If there hadn’t been a heat wave, I don’t think it would have been an issue.) Each bedroom had a fan, which was quite helpful. That being said, they did offer us full reimbursement if we chose to cancel, but the inaccuracy in the listing was disappointing. Management was very responsive to questions, and were superb in helping us arrange for transportation to and from the airport. Overall, good value for the cost in an excellent location and superb management.

Preisgünstig in zentraler Lage
Der Empfang war sehr gut mit ausfühlichen Erklärungen. Die Wohnung war sauber allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster ließen sich nur schwer schließen, daher lauter Straßenlärm.
