This spectacular renovated penthouse has 70m². It has a spectacular
view from its terrace of the Temple of the Sagrada Familia!
Our fantastic apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spectacular
terrace and is fully furnished to make you feel at home! In addition,
this apartment is located in the best area of Barcelona, the Eixample
Dret. That's right, and as the name of the neighborhood indicates, we
are talking about the Sagrada Familia. Strongly Recommended for
families.
The space
This spectacular renovated penthouse has 70m². It has a spectacular
view from its terrace of the Temple of the Sagrada Familia.
A unique experience in Barcelona!
And it is that this apartment is located in the best area of Barcelona,
the Eixample Dret. In this neighborhood is an architectural marvel that
attracts millions of tourists, more than 4 million per year.
That's right, and as the name of the neighborhood indicates, we are
talking about the Sagrada Familia. Hours of writing could be dedicated
to the work that would give rise to Catalan modernism in 1882 and that
Gaudí himself would have predicted: “People from all over the world
will come to see what we are doing”. And after a century has passed,
the data confirm it; more than 12,000 visitors a day, being the 6th
most visited monument in the world, according to the Tripadvisor travel
ranking.
So, there are plenty of reasons to say that staying at the foot of this
world monument and having full views of the basilica from its terrace
is a privilege. The pedestrian and flamboyant Avenida Gaudí and the
Sant Pau Modernist Site are two very close unavoidable places. And it
is that the Dreta de l'Eixample is not only the most central area of
Barcelona, but it is the heart of Catalan modernism; One of the
neighborhoods with the most heritage appeal, if not the most. It is the
area most visited by tourists with Plaza Cataluña as its epicenter and
its visible appeal in buildings such as La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Casa
Amatller, Casa de les Punxes, Casa Lleó i Morera, Palau Robert, Manzana
de la Discordia… It is a neighborhood of culture and living
architecture, a spectacle that highlights the grandeur of its buildings
and therefore something to see, offers an unparalleled gastronomic,
leisure and cultural variety.

- Replacement of towels or sheets is not included.
-We don't accept groups of young people
- Baby crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.
- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in will be applied.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is prohibited in all rooms of the flat, including the terrace.
- Parties or gatherings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
