Great location and very friendly hosts

Having its own parking, and being only a short walk from Grand Plage this apartment is a great base for a holiday here. We found it very well equipped and comfortable.

Originally from Vendée, we were keen to restore the old Saint-Gilles-Croix de Vie marine school. We started the seasonal rental of this family property in 2020, at the end of the work.
Sharing, exchanging, listening are the VALUES that drive our family in this project.
Passionate about TRAVEL, we were able to test different rental methods in other French regions or abroad such as Sweden or the USA for example.
Anxious to provide the BEST SERVICE to our tenants, we will do our best to satisfy you and help you have a pleasant stay.
