This spacious apartment, which is part of our Garden collection, is new for 2021 and features a large dining terrace, 5 pools, a spectacular Mediterranean garden and sea views. Located on the first floor of the popular Benal Beach complex (beachfront). It is clean and bright overall and offers impressive views of the Mediterranean.
Recently modernized in 2023, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is complemented by a southeast-facing terrace that offers the best views of Benalmádena beach. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun while enjoying the spectacular coastal views.
The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

In the front part of the kitchen is its spacious living room open to the outside, flooded with natural light through the large doors that lead to the private terrace. The living room is beautifully decorated and features a large 3-seater sofa, air conditioning, and a comfortable double sofa bed.
Spacious private terrace to enjoy at any time of the day where you will find a comfortable outdoor dining area for 3 people. Here you can admire the spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the gardens.
At the front of this apartment is its spacious bedroom with a large double bed, where you will wake up to enjoy this impressive view. A large double wardrobe and access to its terrace.
Right next to the room is a large recently modernized bathroom, clean, bright, and with a large Italian shower with plenty of space for toiletries, etc.
The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.
You will also have full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, private parking, sun loungers (with supplement), the bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open 7 days a week.
We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
The building has elevators.
CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°).
The opening hours of pools and slides may vary according to the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure due to repair or any decision of the community.
GYM: It is a private facility and applies its rates. Benalcoast Properties has no access to discounts or any special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.
