Our new favorite place to stay, mostly due to the convenient access to the beach and the pool. Spacious and great for a group of people to stay. The coffee pot is MUCH smaller than the one shown in the pictures. I’d suggest a bigger one for a condo that sleeps as many as it does. All in all, we loved it and would stay again.

This condo was everything advertised and more. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds. I thought I would be disappointed not to be able to see the beach but we loved our patio and easy access to the pool. All of my questions were answered by the host. One of the three cars we brought was able to park in the underground parking which was nice. Over all a 5 star review. The only downside was the price. We would have stayed longer if it wasn’t so expensive.

Great condo. Very fitting for our needs. Kids loved the bunk bed room. We all liked the closeness and ease of going to pool and beach. Used the patio a lot. Could not see beach from condo because of dunes. I thought this would bother me but it really didn’t we were on beach a lot. Well kept and clean building. Also staff were very nice and helpful.

Property is dated. Arrived to this room being flooded and was moved to another unit. Unit did not have the bed situation or parking space. Manager would not comp us for our trouble or the fact she could not give us the beds we reserved. Even made us pay to park! Remember to take all supplies the property it does not supply anthing, including trash bags

We are truly sorry for the stressful start to your vacation. Arriving to a flooded unit and then being moved to a condo without the beds and parking you reserved is not the experience you deserved. We have shared your feedback about the move, the parking charge and the supplies with our management team so it can be reviewed. We would welcome the chance to speak with you directly, so please reach out to our guest care team. Brett-Robinson Vacation Rentals

Great location

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location of the unit is amazing, especially for familes that may have issues walking far distances. The pool is right outside the gate, the beach is a little of a walk. This end unit is great for littles and being able to let them run and paly without the stress of them getting away from you.

Last week of summer trip

Check in was easy, the room was a little late getting cleaned so we had to wait a little bit, but not long. Parking space included was great! We loved not having to use the elevator. We couldn't see the beach from the condo, but it was so close and convenient that we didn't mind. The layout and size of the condo were perfect for our family. We will be back.

Lots of sleeping space, but only view is of the sand dunes

Very cute kid area!! Den furniture could use some updating (one couch has fuzz balls all over it, another couch torn and one of the chairs is peeling). No view of the beach since it’s on the bottom floor. We still had a great time

Family friendly

The dishwasher was broken, which was inconvenient with a large group. The indoor pool was closed, but we were able to use the one in Phoenix 7, not too inconvenient. Lots of kitchen appliances, crockpot, blender, nice size fridge, coffee pot, even Tupperware type storage containers for left overs. Perfect location, patio was like having an extra room. Bunk room was great, amazing response time on inquiries from property managers.

We loved the convenience of the location of this condo!!! Walk right out the patio door and head to the pool or beach!! The RSVP parking was an added perk and made unloading and loading super easy! The unit itself was comfortable and worked well with us. There were a few minor things that with a little attention would make this condo TOP TIER!! 1. The dryer took about 3 cycles to dry yet didn't produce much lint making us think the outer vent is clogged. 2. The unit could use a deep cleaning. Baseboards, fridge door, stove drawer, and other areas have been neglected. 3. The master bathroom light is connected to the vanity light in the bedroom and runs off the same switch therefore midnight bathroom trips wakes up the entire room. These are all minor issues and none of these were brought to the host attention during our stay. We just worked around it and made it work!! We would definitely still book this unit again and we miss it already!!

Overall very good

We had an issue checking in.. we were supposed to check in at 4 and didn't get to until 5:20.. we had frozen items from Walmart that the cleaning lady let me put in the freezer though which was helpful! The lady came to inspect the room before we could put things in it which we didn't know because it the cleaning lady allowed us in! Everything else was fantastic! The master bathroom didn't flush very well but that was only a small inconvenience!

a great spot for a group

This is a great unity for a group. I have 5 kids plus we met friends there. 9 people with room to spare in this unit. I loved everything about it, including the price, except the communications. The person who owns it doesn't communicate well. You check in at a front desk, which was fine, but the keys weren't working. It was a bit of a process. All of the info you need to enter a building, like the address and instructions were all burried in multiple emails. That was my only issue. If we go to OB again with a group - I will rent this place.

Good for groups, but be advised

We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have a few issues, but they were with the Pheonix property and not the actual room. Most importantly, there are limited parking passes (three), so be prepared to travel together or park elsewhere. The entrance gate official and front desk staff were quite rude to some of us about the issue. Also, being on the bottom floor, we had to deal with guests above us throwing their trash over their balcony and onto our patio. I'm talking about pistachio shells attracting ants, cigarette butts, a soda can, and we even found a joint butt. We had two 6 year olds and one 2 year old with us, so this kind of litter was a bit of a hazard. Our room was quite nice and a convenient distance from the pool and beach access. There was not a beach view, but it was fine because of the pool access.

The worst customer service!

Our unit was filthy upon check in. All our kids had black feet just from walking around the unit while we unloaded our things. When we went to put our girls to bed, their bed had a large amount of blood on the sheets!!! Multiple items were broken in the unit as well. Customer service has been terrible. I spent numerous days trying to contact management to resolve these issues and no one seems to want to make it right. So very disappointed in Brett Robinson management and will not be looking to book with them in the future. We’ve never had such a poor experience with a rental!

Condo was nice, the beds were comfortable and our family vacation was fun!! However there are a few things that needs to be addressed. I was told from the start that our check in was at 4 but when I arrived at 4 the front desk tells me that our condo isn't ready they are still cleaning it and it needs inspection (which the man didn't really do he literally walked in the door and said it's all good) We waited appr an hour before being able to check in. Then we had an issue with our hot water heater Only 3 were able to bath at a time and before the 3rd person could finish bathing we would run out of hot water. We reached out for them to come and check the water heater. The guy shows up and doesn't take any tools out to check elements or anything. He tells us he reset the breaker and that should fix the issue ( my husband is a plumber and we know that won't work) but at this point we just let him walk out bc we were at awe with what he said Also the dryer took a while to dry towels we literally had to put the towels drying twice before they were completely dried The bathroom drain wouldn't drain the master toilet had something wrong with the handle,In one of the bedrooms the ceiling was messed up ( not sure what it's called but it was pealed hanging down) couple of chairs in the living room had leather that was worn off the arms. Also the towel rack in the front bathroom was just about hanging off the wall. Some of this are small issues just wanted to let you know

Disappointing Stay

Our stay was unfortunately far below expectations. Upon arrival, the unit was not properly cleaned — fans and lamps were coated in dust, and the floors were barely swept. Both shower curtain liners had mold, which we ended up replacing ourselves just to feel comfortable using the showers.Basic supplies were lacking: only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for nine guests staying a week, and just six towels. When I requested additional towels, the response from the on-site staff was surprisingly rude. One staff member told me, “This ain’t no hotel” and was dismissive about our concerns. Thankfully, a housekeeper was kind enough to give us a few more towels later. The kitchen was oddly stocked — around 30 spoons but only 7 forks, which made meal prep and eating with a large group frustrating. One of the kitchen drawers fell out entirely when I opened it. We also encountered several roaches inside the unit, and many more right outside the front door. One was even found in a bed, which was extremely unsettling.Being on the ground floor had its perks, but it is located near the trash chute. Every morning we’d find random trash outside the door, and we even saw rats fighting near the bushes at night. The outdoor patio was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.Overall, the condo itself has potential, but the management of this particular unit is seriously lacking.

Phoenix VI condo stay

Property was good except toilet in master in back didn't flush properly. The front desk was rude and not helpful. Did not explain how to get into the garage or that one car could park in the garage in the numbered space. Rude anytime we had a question and when we checked in or out. Security guard was nice. Front desk was not.
