Come see why this 6th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 6th floor, directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II. The view of the gulf in incredible! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo! Watch the boats go in and out of the harbor.
You can enjoy watching your children or grandchildren play in the Lazy river and the slide on the beautiful balcony in the comfortable outdoor furniture. The view of all the beach activities is spectacular. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room. Master bedroom and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The Livingroom furniture is all electric and reclines. With over 2,000 sq ft, the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo:
The unit has full-size appliances along with a wet bar. There is a 65” flat screen SMART TV in the living room and flat screen 55" SMART TV's in the Master, 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms sleeping up to 12. The Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's and state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer. Please email, to book a vacation to remember!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. They are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Our 4br unit at Phoenix Orange Beach II, guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes The front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay, but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We loved this place! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for spending valuable time with our beloved MIL/Nanny. Kudos to Larry Bishop, the owner, for going above and beyond when the power went out (not his fault). We would totally recommend staying here. Especially, if you are looking for handicap accessible lodging.

Family Vacation

We’ve stayed at many condos in the Gulf Shores/orange Beach area over the past 30 years and I have to say this was the best property we have ever rented for vacation. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated and location was perfect.

Great condo

This is a great condo. We traveled with 5 adults and 5 young teens and we all had plenty of room. Clean unit that was sufficiently stocked with cooking items and started supplies. Will book again!

This property was everything my family needed. Perfect for 10 adults and 1 child. Easy access to the beach and pool. Plenty of space in the condo for everyone. We loved the lazy river and slide.

Beautiful and spacious!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was immaculate and very spacious for our group of 11 adults/teens. We loved the comfortable couches and the large ice maker. The view was beautiful and peaceful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We all agreed we would love to come back and stay here again! The host was quick to respond to a minor issue we had. 10/10 - wonderful stay!!!

Family Vacation

Property was exactly as described. Very nice condo, great views, everything you would need for your stay and close to everything. There Were ten of us, which included three children and there was plenty of room for us all. I would definitely come back and stay again! The Host we're very easy to get a hold of with, with prompt responses.

Property was great. Company placing unused chairs and umbrellas all over beach was VERY annoying. Wasted tons of space and made beach appear very crowded.

Love this unit!!

Overall we loved this unit! Great location, great decor. Furniture was different than what was shown on the listing. I choose our unit somewhat based on decor and seating for guests. What was shown on the listing showed more seating than what was actually there. But it worked. Also, could have used a few more bath towels. Would definitely stay here again!

TDay @ the Beach

The location and the condo were beautiful. The size and layout worked perfectly for our group of 9 adults. The view of the beach from inside and from the spacious balcony was beautiful. The condo was easily accessible from the parking garage and elevators. We had a lot of fun celebrating Thanksgiving at the condo. We were also able to eat at some very nice restaurants nearby and we went on a sunset dolphin cruise that was extremely fun. There was a safety issue on our first day - when we turned on the heater, there was the typical burnt dust smell but there was also some visible smoke and the smoke alarms all went off. After we aired out the condo and got the alarms to stop, we discovered that the heater filter was extremely clogged with dust. So much so that it had been pulled up into the heating unit. We had to rip it to get it out. We were able to replace it with one of the filters sitting next to the heater. We informed the owner. After this we did notice that there was dust accumulation on the ceiling fan blades and chains and on some of the decorations, etc. We would have liked to see another trash can in the shared bathroom. Also we would have liked to have a few days of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. provided. We had to purchase our own and ended up having to pack the extras home.

Beautiful Days

Four best friends from high school decided we wanted to take our moms for a long weekend to enjoy each other and that we did! The condo was beautiful, the furnishings were on point, and the space was perfect! We had an amazing time and are already planning our next trip!

This property is beautiful! We fell in love with it the first time we saw it. First, the view is breath taking from all rooms. The amenities are wonderful and our entire family loves the lazy river. Everything is so close to everything needed.
You will not be disappointed.
