Cette maison est trÚs ensoleillée et se situe au bout de la rue sans problÚmes de parking.
Vous pouvez aller à la plage à pied ou à vélo en prenant environ 10 minutes en vélo et 5 minutes en voiture.
Il dispose d'une piscine privée avec chaises longues et table avec chaises dans la piscine avec parasol.
Il a un barbecue sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la maison. Le porche est idĂ©al pour le dĂ©jeuner et le dĂźner. A l'intĂ©rieur il y a un salon avec 2 canapĂ©s et une tĂ©lĂ©vision et une table de petit dĂ©jeuner. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Les chambres ont toutes les fenĂȘtres qui donnent sur le jardin et la piscine, avec placards doubles et tiroirs. Les 2 salles de bains sont Ă©quipĂ©es de deux receveurs de douche. Il a une terrasse supĂ©rieure oĂč vous pouvez voir les vues de l'urbanisation et sert Ă©galement de solarium. La maison a 95 m2 plus le porche et la piscine, au total l'intrigue est de 420 m2. Dans le garage il y a des vĂ©los disponibles ainsi que des matelas et des ustensiles de plage, des parasols, des chaises de plage, des serviettes de bain. etc ... EquipĂ© de chauffage / climatisation. Il a WIFI. CheminĂ©e Comprend une petite dĂ©gustation de produits majorquins.

Great finca with everything as promised

The finca delivered exactly what was promised in the description. Everything was very clean and well-equipped. Especially convenient: there were plenty of towels, and we could easily wash them using the washing machine.What mattered most to me was the dishwasher, which we used regularly – especially since we often enjoyed dinner at the lovely barbecue grill in the evenings. The pool was pleasantly warm and perfect for relaxing.A real bonus: three beach umbrellas and two beach chairs were provided, which we used for our trips to the beach – a thoughtful extra we really appreciated.One small downside for us was the double bed, which was a bit narrow at 140 cm.Overall, a very nice place with well-thought-out amenities – we felt completely at home and would gladly return!

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay in a spotless house with a great pool. House located in a quiet area (at the end of a cul de sac) so really peaceful at all times of day. Air con in all three bedrooms, although at the end of May it was cool enough at night not to need it. Angela and Fernando very easy to deal with. Will definitely return again.

First class all round and very generous host let us check in early on the day of arrival and check out a bit later on the day of departure to accommodate us which made such a lot of difference. Property in great condition, great location we will definitely be back.

Nice Outdoor Living space

The house was very nice! We had everything we needed for cooking and a lot of towels. Especially the outdoor living space was incredible. A big pool to swim and relax in, sitting outside at the tabe and lay in the sun. It was a really nice place to stay. Also the hosts were very forthcoming and helpful with all our questions.

Superb house and pool

We had the best experience with our 3 daughters. We stayed for two weeks and didn’t want to leave! Our teenagers loved the pool which they played in everyday. It is serviced and cleaned twice a week and has lots of sun beds and parasols with loads of space for everyone. The hammock is so relaxing and the outside dining area is perfect and easy to keep clean and bring food out to. Our daughters also loved the roof terrace in the evening enjoying the views and the space. Inside the house the aircon works brilliantly and the TV same. We brought a fire stick just so we could get our purchases but it’s a great internet enabled TV. The dishwasher and washing machine also so useful. The amazing thing about the house is that the hosts are so wonderful and think of everything. We had water, wine and breadsticks left out when we arrived at 2 in the morning which was so lovely. But in the house there is absolutely everything you would need. This is so different from some rentals where there is nothing in the house. The beds were all incredibly comfy and there are so many towels and sheets etc
 that we were fine for two weeks. We also met our amazing hosts who came to give the plants some water and clean up the leaves half way through our holiday. Thank you both for a beautiful sweet treat that the girls devoured. We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home thank you!

Eine wundervolle Finca

Wir waren mit unseren Freunden dort und haben jeden Augenblick sehr genossen. Die Finca ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und bietet viel Komfort. Mit den RĂ€dern kann man wunderbar zum Strand nach Es Trenc fahren und auch jeden Tag morgens frische Brötchen kaufen. Die Umgebung ist so herrlich ursprĂŒnglich und wir haben die Ruhe jederzeit genossen. Der Pool ist wundervoll. Die Kommunikation mit dem EigentĂŒmer Fernando hat jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Super Haus

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage inmitten einer Wohnsiedlung unweit vom Meer. ca. 1000m Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. StrandtĂŒcher, Sonnenschirme, WechselhandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche, GeschirrspĂŒler inkl. Tabs, Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel, WischtĂŒcher, GewĂŒrze... sogar FahrrĂ€der, Tischtennisplatte und Dart. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappt perfekt ĂŒber WhatsApp, also wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Magnifique maison trĂšs confortable.

La maison de Fernando et Angela est parfaite pour un sĂ©jour sur cette Ăźle magnifique. En excellent Ă©tat, bien entretenue et trĂšs propre, elle est situĂ©e dans un beau quartier rĂ©sidentiel sans aucun immeuble aux alentours. La ville de Sa Rapita est calme en cette saison. Vous ĂȘtes rapidement sur les sites les plus fabuleux, Ă  l'Ouest, au Nord ou Ă  l'Est grĂące aux routes bien entretenues. Nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour dans cette belle maison avec sa grande piscine. Je recommande Ă  100 %. Merci Ă  Fernando et Angela pour leur grande gentillesse.

Holiday with family, friends and children

We have just recently arrived back from our stay at this lovely property. We spent a week here with our three children and our friends and their baby. The property is plenty spacious enough for more than one family to holiday together, it was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The pool is quite large and deep which my children really loved and the air conditioning made the house really cool and comfortable. Check in and communication with hosts was a breeze! The property is located on a type of residential estate which was very quiet out of season - the only issue we had was there was constant building work going on very nearby which meant it was very noisy from around 7am- 2pm, but if you are going out and about all day that won’t be any kind of issue. It certainly didn’t ruin our holiday but it is something that we did notice. Sa Rapita itself is a very quiet town but had a few nice restaurants we visited as well as a pharmacy and at least two convenience stores which was really handy. It’s around a 20 minute walk to the town from the property which was absolutely fine for us. There were a few things we forgot to bring with us and we handily found in the cupboards which was really helpful- we couldn’t have asked for more really. I’d 100% recommend this property to everyone looking for a lovely holiday. Thank you to Fernando and Angela for being such great hosts. ⭐

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Angela und Fernando fĂŒr einen absolut traumhaften Urlaub bedanken! Unsere Unterkunft in der Finca war schlichtweg fantastisch und hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Von Anfang an fĂŒhlten wir uns wie zuhause. Der Check-in verlief Ă€ußerst einfach und unkompliziert, und wir wurden direkt mit einem herzlichen Gastgeschenk begrĂŒĂŸt. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wĂŒnschen kann. HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche waren in mehrfacher AusfĂŒhrung vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gestaltete. FĂŒr Klein und Groß gab es eine FĂŒlle an Annehmlichkeiten – von Spielen ĂŒber BĂŒcher bis hin zu einer Tischtennisplatte, einer Dartscheibe und sogar FahrrĂ€dern. Die Vielfalt an Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen. Insgesamt war es ein rundum traumhafter Urlaub, und wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, wenn wir wieder die Gelegenheit haben, bei Angela und Fernando zu ĂŒbernachten. Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die liebevolle Ausstattung der Finca haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles!

Sehr schöne Finca mit Pool

Super Finca - noch viel schöner wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die zur VerfĂŒgung stehenden FahrrĂ€der sind zwar nicht in einem 1a-Zustand erfĂŒllen jedoch ihren Zweck 👍 insgesamt ganz klar weiterzuempfehlen. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Finca!

Great stay

We stayed in this beautiful house for 10 days and had a wonderful time! There was nothing missing at all, „fully equipped“ describes it perfectly. And there was even more, like books in different languages or water toys for the kids. The hosts were very friendly and helpful in every way and it was great meeting them. The pool was a lot of fun - not only for the kids but also for us. We used it in the afternoons, when the beach was more crowded than in the mornings and the swimming toys were a lot of fun. The house stands in a beautiful part of the world and we really enjoyed our stay!

Empfehlenswert fĂŒr Familien

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Kontakt zum EigentĂŒmer ist hervorragend! Check in und out ist perfekt. Der Pool ebenfalls! Das Doppelbett ist etwas klein und fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Menschen etwas schwierig. In den beiden anderen Zimmer stehen Einzelbetten und somit ist das Haus nicht unbedingt fĂŒr weitere Paare geeignet. FĂŒr Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet. 5 FahrrĂ€der, Tischtennisplatte und TennisschlĂ€ger sind vor Ort, sowie Equipment fĂŒr den Strandbesuch! HandtĂŒcher und ausreichende Wechsel-BettwĂ€sche ist ebenfalls vor Ort. Alles in allem ein optimales Ferienhaus! Es fehlte an nichts! Top!

Sehr gemĂŒtliche Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauberes Haus, tolle Terrasse mit Pool, Liegen und Sitzgelegnheiten in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Alles genauso, wie in der Objektbeschreibung angegeben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
