Our central apartment, minutes walk from Stirling city center, has been newly refurbished to create a stylish and comfortable space. Our apartment is perfect for those looking to relax after seeing the sights of Stirling, equally, it is a great place to unwind for those who are working within the area. We have worked hard to ensure we provide you with everything you need to have a great stay in Stirling.
The highlight of the property is the large airy living room, fitted out with a workstation, dining area, and a comfortable lounging area! The brand new modern kitchen is kitted out with everything you need to cook up a meal for a night in. Moving to the bedroom you will find a double bed made up with high-quality hotel standard linen with an adjacent modern bathroom.
Our apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from Stirling Train and Bus Stations. It`s just a 12-minute walk up to Stirling Castle and only 5 minutes to Stirlings old bridge and the River Forth.
Across the road, there is a large supermarket which is ideal to pick up anything you need for your stay. As well as this there are plenty of takeaways within stones throw distance to the property. House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbours, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules:
No shoes indoors: Please take off shoes in the entrance way as you enter the front door.
Respectful Stays: The apartment is located within a residential building close to the city centre. Please be considerate of neighbours at all times, particularly during early mornings and late evenings. Please be quiet when entering and exiting the building.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events or gatherings are strictly not permitted.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am, including TV volume, music and general activity.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment or building.
Guests: Only the number of guests included in the booking may stay overnight in the apartment.
Care for the Property: Please treat the apartment with care and leave it in a reasonable condition at check-out. Any accidental damage should be reported promptly so we can resolve it quickly.
Parking: Free on-street parking is available outside the apartment. Please park responsibly and observe local signage.

We enjoyed our stay in Stirling. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. The entranceway was uninviting and could be upgraded to provide a more pleasant overall appearance. The location is convenient to groceries and to the city center and public transportation.
Great location, nice apartment with some challenges
Great location, average apartment sense of arrival was a real put off, and the stairs were somewhat of a challenge, bedroom was very small even with a small double bed, heating too complicated to understand. Otherwise apartment was clean and well equipped

The property was generally clean (except for beneath the bed!). Simply but suitably furnished. Kitchen was good and very clean. Bed was very comfortable but restricted access on one side.
Externally it is situated in a student accommodation area with associated late night noise and rubbish bins everywhere.
Parking is not as free as suggested, you have to take pot luck on getting a space.
Overall, despite the above comments, if in Stirling again, I would use this place.
Communication from the vendor is extremely good.
Great location walking distance from train station, (10min) walking distance to Stirling Castle (10min) walking distance from Wallace Monument (30min) and and across street from large Tesco. Very comfortable flat lots of room and safe neighborhood.
