Luxury Three Bedrooms flat in Roma Center

The apartment is located in a historic building from the 19th century. We have taken care of the interiors inspired by the lines of classical architecture, adding elements of contemporary design to create an elegant and welcoming environment.

There are three bedrooms, with double beds. The living room with dining area. Two bedrooms have sofa beds, one single and the other double.

The open space kitchen is large and equipped. There are two bathrooms.

The apartment has air conditioning, independent heating with remote control and free wi-fi.

For our younger friends we also have a cot.

Very nice stay!

Apartment is very nice once you get inside. The street is rough, lots of graffiti. Other than that we had a great time! The coffee table was too heavy to move so we were not able to pull out the sofa bed in the living room.

Great location for a group

This apartment is in a convenient location near the train. 3 large bedrooms, a common area and a functional kitchen made this a great place for our family of 6 to gather and get ready for a busy day of touring Rome. Daniele was very responsive and helpful.

Great location but old apartment

Great location near the train and subway/metro. Spacious bedroom. Small TV, small kitchen, table for 6, second bathroom is small, no fan so gets very hot inside and broken shower, made it very uncomfortable as we ended up everyone using the same bathroom. We asked them to fix it and they didn’t do it.

Nice apartment but not luxury

Unit looks bigger in the pictures than it actually is. There is a large coffee table blocking most of the carpeted space you see in the main photo. Bed situations is odd as well. 3 bedrooms, but one bedroom has 4 beds in it, 2 are stoyaways. My kids were fine but it was different than expected. Place was clean but one of the bathrooms has black mold on the ceiling over the shower, which is an issue for my wife and one child. I'm assuming due to no exhaust fan in an older building. Whole place seems to be outdated. Location was very nice, close to Termini train station and close metro. Lots of restaurants and parks. Shopping is close too. Elevator was essential for my wife and luggage as unit is on 3rd floor.

Rome Apt

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (up 2 flights of stairs). There is a very old and very small elevator that does not work all of the time. The apt is for the mosr part nice, but there are some unfortunate smells that occasionally end up inside the apt. either from restaurants downstairs or other apartments. Strong smells of fish. The trash collects at the bottom of the stairs and tends to stink up the entire building, making it difficult to walk in the building sometimes. The location is in a bit of a rough neighborhood, but the proximity to Termini station is really fantastic and allows easy access using the metro to all of Rome. Although I have pointed out a few negatives, overall it was a positive experience staying there. The 4 ac units do a great job of keeping the place cool on even the hottest days.

So many things easily fixed but the location was excellent

The light over the shower was out. The plate covering the flushing button in the bathroom kept falling off. The second bathroom had a very strong urine odor. There was a short supply of towels and soap and shampoo, though the landlord remedied this situation. We ran out of toilet paper before our stay ended. There were no paper towels in the kitchen and so always looking for a cloth towel (and there was only one). The Google fire stick didn't work. The kitchen sink leaked water extensively if you tried to soak the dishes. Can I tell you more? Yet we left satisfied with an overall 4 rating because the location was very convenient and the owner was responsive. Note to owner: Please fix all these little annoying things so future renters can give you a 5 star rating.

BUENA EXPERIENCIA

La experiencia del viaje en Roma ha sido excepcional. El apartamento aparentemente esta bien, aunque por la ventanas entra demasiado ruido y no se consigue descansar. Las estancias son grandes y confortables El barrio es muy conflictivo, nos enteramos que esta en la linea divisoria de lo conflictivo. Calles sin iluminacion, aunque cerca este Termini, no nos aconsejaron salir por la noche ya que no es seguro. Lo comprobamos en nosotros mismos ya que intentaron atracarnos cuando veniamos del supermercado (21:30 horas).

L’appartement bien situé

L’appartement est bien situé, près de la gare et des restaurants. Francesco, la personne qui nous a ouvert est très gentil. Par contre, l’entretien de l’appartement laisse à désirer. Toutes les pièces de l’appartement auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement pour les peintures des murs. Le frigo est très mal situé. Nous avons découvert une fuite d’eau sous l’évier de la cuisine que nous avons dû éponger. Une mauvaise odeur est persistante dans les deux salles de bain et dans la petite salle de bain qui est partagée avec les deux chambres, la douche est brisée, le support du pommeau de douche est cassé.

Clean apartment with great location

Very nice and close to metro and train station. Clean. Owners were wonderful to work with. Nice to have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect for our family of five.

Apartment accommodated 9 guests for a 4 night stay. Apartment is in a convenient location. Close to train station and Metro. Owner greeted us directly as our transfer arrived at the location. He was very accommodating and let us check in early.

Perfect Location

This apartment is located just a 5 minute walk from the main train station (Roma Termini). It was very convenient to get to the buses. We took the hop-on-hop-off bus, which was very enjoyable and easy to use. We also got a transfer to the airport at Roma Termini for just €6 each which was very convenient. The air conditioning was great. There is no freezer, just an under counter fridge. Daniele had shampoo and body wash, blow dryers, plenty of towels, and even some cooking basics in the cupboard. The apartment was plenty of room for our group of 10. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Pros: Apartment very clean Ample Cleaning supplies and towels were provided Elevator provided an amenity for groceries and luggage to bring up to 2nd floor Apartment was close to transportation which was very convenient . Cons- Master bathroom shower drain was clogged . Which made the tub slippery. Cover on drain was sharp . Danger of cutting your feet -Drain Fixed next Day Second bathroom - wall hosed leaked it had to be put in the tub to prevent a flood on the floor -Fixed the next day Second bathroom sink faucet sprayed water when turned on it was not fixed Apartment or City or VBRO Tax was not up front on rental agreement . I should have been notified of the tax on rental agreement (not sure what the tax was for) Building Front door was left opened twice by residents . It made us feel unsafe due to many homeless in the area Removal of trash was explained when we arrived . I was not told before rental agreement that it was an requirement to take trash out of the apartment. There was not enough trash containers in the apartment. Was not able to find a garbage receptacle outside the building to dispose of the garbage.

A lovely apartment in a great location.

The apartment is only a short walk from Roma Termini and is close to many restaurants. We found the apartment ideal for the nine of us (two families) and we would certain consider using this again if we return. The owner Daniele was very helpful on our arrival advising travel and places to visit. Highly recommended.
