Located on the 4th floor of an historical building, in one of the most famous and elegant streets of Rome, just a few steps from the Trinità dei Monti in Piazza di Spagna (Spanigh Steps), this elegant and bright apartment is composed of 3 large double bedrooms, a spacious living room with convertible sofa bed, kitchenette and two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite). The apartment has free wi fi and air conditioning.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic city center, and you can walk to most of the city's sights. Just a few minutes walk from the underground train service A line Spagna.

Tourist Tax € 6,00 person per night up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 10 years of age are excluded)

It was such a wonderful spot for my family and I to stay at. The location is wonderful and we spent most of the time just walking. I highly recommend staying here, the beds were comfy and the pillows were nice.

This property was as advertised. Bedrooms all good. Many restaurants and attractions nearby. We actually walked to the Colosseum from here. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived an hour early and she met us and provided some great help and recommendations on how to get around the area.Very nice!Ed

Overall the unit was good, great location, quick walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi. A few minor improvements needed, like a squeaky door, mattress and loose door handle and had to request additional towels-which were dropped off quickly. Otherwise It was clean and suited our needs well.

Great apartment overall for location and size. However only one towel per person and a hand towel was given for a 3 day trip during the summer- hot and sweaty. We were asked to turn the ac off if we were out, which we only left for 2-3hrs at a time and would need to come back for a break from the heat. And the washer/dryer combo was not the best. It did not dry well and had to leave with wet clothes and do laundry service when we got to our next location. Would also suggest a new bed in the master as there was no support in the middle and was like sleeping in a valley.Minor inconveniences but annoying when paying a premium price for an apartment. Pros: Great location, host sent check in and check out information quickly, and communication prior to the stay was great. So over all we did enjoy having such a large apartment in a great area. A few improvements and change to policies would go a long way for this rental.

Great location, central located steps away from the Spanish steps, air conditioning in each room was excellent. Spacious living areas. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. I would highly recommend this property.

The check in process was smooth, and communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. The property was well stocked with starter supplies and the kitchen had all we needed. The property was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet while still being centrally located. We would definitely look to stay here again!
