Burggrub lies right on the Bavarian-Thuringian border, making it an ideal base for hiking and biking adventures through the Franconian Forest, Thuringian Forest, and the Green Belt Germany nature reserve. Popular day trips include Kronach (12 km), Sonneberg (12 km), Coburg (30 km), and Bamberg (60 km). In winter, enjoy skiing and cross-country trails in the nearby mountains.

After a day outdoors, unwind in the beautifully maintained garden, complete with a BBQ area and a barrel sauna (available for €30/use). You’ll have private parking at the house.
