Overview
Villa Bercu Paradise is located in Dalyan, Dalaman Region. This
semi-detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free
Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 2 people with 1 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There
is a private pool. Walking distance to the Restaurants.

As you enter through the front door you will enter into the lounge and
kitchen area. The patio doors will lead you to your private swimming
pool. The ground floor includes a toilet as well. Upstairs includes one
double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, Satellite TV
and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We absolutely loved it. Dalyan is a beautiful place and the villa location by the river is perfect. Plus it's a lovely short walk down the path to the centre. The manager of the Paradise Villas (Tevfik) could not have been more helpful. Also we would like to make mention of Tevfics brother Ali who made us so welcome and who personally cooked us a wonderful lunch on the day of our departure.

Holiday end September

The villa was as described and the pool was lovely, as it was so hot. When needed clean bedding we just asked the cleaner. The villa had hardly any items. No mugs (the cups were tiny) used plastic cups to make a drink and only 1teaspoon and no t towel or cloths. There was no plug and the bowl was cracked (had to stuff plughole with toilet paper).There was no toilet paper (had to get some from restaurant toilet until went to the shops the next day) No hand wash. So pack mugs, t towel, washing up liquid, soap and a toilet roll. The main pool is not very big and needs new sunbeds and toppers but used most days as so hot around the small pool. It's a lovely walk along the river into the town. We went to the beach on the river boats, lovely trip and when got there it was lovely and beds and food so cheap. Dalyan town is lovely, if you avoid bar street.I wouldn't go again as the twenty minute walk into town was too much for us in the heat and got eaten alive and yes we did use Off.

Properties alongside the river offer the very best experience and Villa Bercu Paradise is sited in a particularly quiet spot near the Dalyan river. We loved the place, the villa was spacious and nicely furnished. We spoiled ourselves with delicious food, fun in the sun, sharing, and caring. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for a great holiday.

Agni Travel & the local agents were great. The Paradise complex is a quiet location within an easy walk along the river to the town of Dalyan. Villa is just like a description. As mentioned in the information display on the website we took the shuttle bus to the private sandy beach resort. We will be coming back again to this wonderful gem.

Thats what we got and wanted. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The price was fair for the days we stayed. Turkey has always been a great place for my family and me to visit. What can you say of the pool and the relaxing area with sun loungers and a cane settee - absolutely gorgeous!!! We were looked after by Tevfik who was excellent and very much appreciated - booked all our trips for us - the boat trip - Dalyan river - was superb!! We hope to return.
