3 star gite, in the heart of the village of Benais, in a 75 m2 townhouse on two levels, completely renovated.

On the ground floor is the living room with a fitted kitchen (electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer), a 4K TV and Wifi.

On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds and a private shower room per room, separate toilet.

Outside you can enjoy a courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue available.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private shower room.

We like to say during the presentation of the gîte: "This house is the fruit of the project of two lovers of stone who set themselves the challenge of enhancing the local heritage with only their courage and some small savings". Our gîte is a house dating from before Napoleon. The restoration that we have carried out with the greatest care respects its character and history. We wanted to give it back its original appearance by restoring its typical stones of our region. We have devoted our hours, weekends and holidays to this project and have no regrets. You may hear our laughter, our doubts, our encouragement and our desire to give it back its soul. Each material has been carefully chosen to create a soft and peaceful atmosphere so that each of you will feel comfortable. Our gîte is nestled between our 12th century church and the imposing castle, now privately owned. On the edge of the chateaux of the Loire Valley, at the foot of a 22km long GR trail through the villages of Restigné, Benais and Bourgueil, through vineyards, countryside and river.
