Holiday home for 14 people in Cómpeta, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

This wonderful holiday home in the interior of the Costa del Sol is located on a plot with a mango plantation. Enjoy unforgettable days in one of the beautiful white villages of La Axarquía, where the typical white houses contrast with the natural landscape that surrounds them. In this tastefully decorated house, you will feel a great sense of well-being.

It has a beautiful lawned garden, a wonderful private pool and comfortable loungers for those who want to relax in the sun, as well as a beautiful barbecue area and garden furniture so that you can enjoy a delicious meal with your loved ones outdoors.

In the case of a group of 9 people or less, keep in mind that the two bedrooms and the bathroom located on the upper floor will remain closed.

The house has a porch area with a pool table and ping-pong table, and inside you will find a Jacuzzi, ideal to relax and disconnect from day to day. Access to the house is rural, steep and not all sections are paved.

family holiday in superb surroundings

villa is superb, only thing needed is an outside toilet, to avoid entering the villa in wet swimming clothes. the road access IS steep, but after a few journeys becomes easier. The owner is friendly and helpful and willing to assist.

Séjour en famille

Cette maison a été parfaite pour accueillir notre grande famille. Chacun avait sa chambre. Nous avons vécu principalement en extérieur car la cuisine est parfaite et complète. Les extérieurs permettent à chacun de s amuser ou de s isoler .les jeux extérieurs ont été appréciés. Le moins bien est le Wifi et le manque de couverture téléphonique. Certains appareils ménagers extérieurs nécessitent des réparations. L'accès au gîte est pentu et assez difficile. La voiture est absolument nécessaire pour toutes sorties.

Stunning location with poolside bar equipped with fridge, freezer, gas hob and barbecue. We had a wonderful holiday with only one important issue that became apparent when we arrived: We were disappointed that two of the bedrooms were not available to us as the owner only opens these for larger parties despite charging the same fee for cleaning. This was not indicated in the description and, as a result made planned sleeping arrangements impossible and necessitating moving a single bed into a double room for one of the children. That said, the owner (David) was very helpful and responsive when we lost power to the outside bar and was at the villa and resetting the circuit breaker in less than an hour. The condition of some of the furniture in the bedrooms (sofa-bed, chairs) was very tired with the PVC coating flaking off, but after two years of Covid, this may be due to the huge financial hit owners have taken. Hopefully this can be rectified as access to holidays stabilises and income recovers. Overall, this was a good holiday in a beautiful area, but I would probably look elsewhere next time and check room availability before booking.

Casa amplia ,nueva, baño por cada dormitorio, exterior genial piscina jacuzzi y zona de barbacoa y césped. Estupenda para ir con niños ,hay billar futbolín y mesa de ping pong, en general casa muy bien cuidada grande y espaciosa. Importante para el verano aire acondicionado en todos los cuartos y funcionan perfectamente. En general casa genial hemos pasado una semana magnífica la tranquilidad y comodidad es magnífica.
