ACUERDO GENERAL
Una entrada privada al nivel de la calle conduce a un espacioso hall de entrada, acceso al garaje y una mesa de ping-pong en la parte trasera. Un pequeño armario “playa y piscina” contiene una selección de juguetes y sombrillas para niños.

Desde el vestíbulo de entrada, una escalera conduce a un rellano en el primer piso y la puerta de entrada a un apartamento independiente independiente que puede ocuparse por separado. Desde este rellano hay una escalera adicional a la villa y su piscina privada (disponible de abril a octubre).

El precio no se corresponde con lo que ofrece la vivienda.Según nos comentaron, se había producido una fuga y una habitación olía a húmedad.No estaba muy limpia, había hormigas en algunas estancias.Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, mucho más vieja y deteriorada en la realidad.La piscina no vinieron a limpiarla ni un solo día, y los ultimos días estaba muy turbia.El precio pagado no lo merece la estancia.

Worked really well having the villa and apartment for some separation but also to be all together aswell. Kitchens equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views are absolutely incredible. The only very minor thing is the shower door and also the ensuite shower door looked very tired with rust in the villa. But didn't effect stay just needs updating slightly. A couple of us have mobility issues and coudnt manage the walk up hill to the villa but managed to get taxis ok.I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing villa, had everything we needed and was close to the beach and town.The responses from the host was brilliant when we asked questions, all super helpful.We had 11 people stay and everyone loved the location and the villa. Would recommend.

Amazing Villa and Apartment-would definitely return!

We were late arriving due to a delay, Rachel and Olga kept in touch and Olga was still there waiting for us when we arrived. Excellent communication.We had use of the villa and apartment for our family of 10. Both were absolutely lovely, fabulous kitchens so well stocked with everything you would need and more. The living space was great with lots of places to sit and relax. Amazing outdoor spaces, not forgetting the wonderful pool and stunning views.It was a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the beach, restaurants & shops of La Herradura. The Marina is worth a visit and the market in Almuñécar on a Friday. We would definitely return and would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

We had a fabulous week staying at this lovely villa in La Herradura. The villa and apartment worked really well for our group. They were clean, well equipped, beds were very comfortable and the communal areas and outside space was perfect. The pool was lovely and the views were amazing! It was only a short stroll into La Herradura, where there were lots of excellent restaurants, coffee places and shops - all typically Spanish and most with sea views or actually on the beach! The marina is a short drive away and a great spot for lunch or a boat trip and the Calvente wine-tasting is well worth a visit! All in all, we had a fabulous week and will definitely be back!

Beautiful La Herradura

Had a fantastic stay here, the location is perfect for a strole down into the charming town of La Herradura, even in the heat of August. Here we found a range of good quality restaurants and other facilities in a quite relaxing location. We rented the Villa and apartment and this worked perfectly for the older and younger members of our party. The villa has everything you could need for your stay and the views across the bay are fabulous. Great place and location - a real gem!!

Great place!

Great house with walking distance to La Herradura. Nice and quiet area! The house was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The poolarea was really nice! It was also great with your own garage (for two cars) and a parking area so you never have problem to park your car at the house. Its a great location close to Almunecar, Nerja, Granada and Malaga. The communication was perfect and the hostess really wonderful. We will definately recomend this place. Its a wonderful house!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Rachel hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Die Umgebung war super schön und es war sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung war, für uns 11 Personen, sehr umfangreich. Der Pool war einfach klasse, die Terrassen wunderschön. Einfach top.

Beautiful house

My family and I have just returned from a splendid holiday in Beltierra. We were 10 persons in ages from 10-81 years. We had great expectations and I can say with great conviction that they were fulfilled in any way. We had good information at arrival from Rachel Langley, who were helpful during all the holiday. The house and the surroundings were very beautiful and the house contained all we needed for a successful holiday. Lots of hours were spent in and around the pool. La Herradura is a paradise with good restaurants and a long wonderful beach. I can highly recommend the house for other families, who want to spend a good holiday in La Herradura. Happy stay at La Beltierra

The property is very clean and well equipped. There is plenty of space around the pool. for sunbathing, eating or relaxing. as well indoor seating and eating space options. The property manager is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries both during the stay and the during the post booking period As there is a short steepish walk to the town centre the views across the bay are lovely. I would return to this property.

can't recommend it. :-(

the place was not vacuumed or cleaned properly before arrival. we had 2 days were we could not use the pool because there were no chlorine in it. but it was fixed by the poolguy. we had problems with the sink, that when we were using the dishwasher or the washing machine the outdoor sink were overflowing and the indoor sink, were nearly overflowing with brown water, the people from the booking bureau was nice to come and try to fix it, but in the end we were giving up un it, they were there up till 3-4 times. but it was a short fix. firealarm was not working, and was beeping until it was completely turned off. 1 aircon was not working in one of the rooms and couldn't be fixed, so our son had to sleep in the living room. 2 other aircons, where the panel was beeping so we had to pull the batteries from them, to get some sleep. the house though was really nice in its whole, within walking distance to the town. So if the owner will fix the things that's broken in this house, it could be the perfect spot. But as it is right now, its not worth the value for the money its cost, in our opinion.

Schöne und erholsame Tage

Wir waren mit der Familie und Freunden 11Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind über Weihnachten und Neujahr in dem Haus, wir hatten Wohnung und Haus zur Verfügung. Aufgehalten haben wir uns aber nur im Haus und der dazugehörigen Terrasse mit Pool. Es gab ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, vor allem in der Küche gab es alles was man benötigt. Der Blick und die Sonnenuntergänge waren wunderschön. Auch erreicht man das Städtchen schnell und gut zu Fuß wo diverse Restaurants und Bars auf einen warten. Alles in allem waren es sehr schöne und erholsame Tage inLa Herradura . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ideal location for a family get together

This is a truly lovely place. We were a party of 10 occupying the main house and the apartment for a family get together after long lockdown separations. The beautiful terrace overlooking the sea was the ideal place for us all to get together for fun in the pool and evening meals. The property is well equipped and furnished and La Herradura a charming unspoilt resort in a beautiful setting.

A lovely property in a beautiful location

We were a group of 12 so hired the villa and apartment and it worked well. Both are well equipped and in excellent condition. The pool is fantastic and the location is ideal. A 10min walk to the beach. The beach is pebbled so it’s not great for young kids looking to make sandcastles but it means the sea is so clear. Amazing for snorkelling. And spotlessly clean. Nice beach cafes and some nice restaurants and a short cab ride to Almuñécar one way or Nerja the other. Definitely would recommend

Fabulous family holiday accommodation

Our recent stay at Beltierra was superb. We had use of both the villa and apartment, the interconnectivity of which works extremely well for larger groups. There is a very accessible main entrance which leads to the property's main staircase up to the apartment. A glass partitioning and door provides separation to the stairs up to the villa. As we were a large group the door between the two was left unlocked allowing for easy access for all the family between both levels. The accommodation is both modern and spacious throughout and benefits from new, clean and bright kitchen facilities in both the villa and apartment. The kitchen appliances are all modern and clean. The dining and living room areas are well laid out and bright whilst the bathrooms are all modern and of excellent quality including power showers. The double bedrooms are spacious with two of them in the villa and the apartment benefitting from en-suite bathrooms. The air conditioning provided excellent cooling during the hot weather we had whilst there which was especially welcome with having young children with us. The heated pool is a very good size and depth and has a large seating area for lazing around between swims. The views from both terraces and the villa balcony are stunning with amazing sunsets overlooking the sea. The walk from Beltierra into La Herradura centre is short and picturesque with the village providing lots of lovely restaurants and tapas bars as well as local 'chiringuitos'. Overall the property is very family friendly, modern, clean and has great facilities. We would highly recommend both the villa and apartment, or both if your group is large enough.

We now live in Suffolk with our two labradors where, along with work we enjoy sailing and an active involvement in our local church.

Many years ago I lived in Spain and fell in love with Andalucia. We discovered La Herradura (Horseshoe Bay) as a little hidden gem on an otherwise busy coastline. Our son and daughters insisted that Beltierra's location and facilities would make it a perfect holiday destination for all ages. They were right!
