Our flat is located in San Agustín, it has one bedroom and can accommodate three people. It has been recently refurbished and 100% equipped to guarantee a comfortable stay for our guests. Among the highlights is the terrace, due to its location it receives sun most of the day and has a sun lounger and outdoor dining furniture so you can enjoy your meals outside with the nice breeze and relaxing views. The kitchen is modern, American style, with ceramic hob and equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.The accommodation has a bedroom with two single beds and views of the back patio with the swimming pool and a double sofa bed in the living room. The flat is equipped with air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, as well as WIFI, safe. The location is wonderful, in a small complex right next to the promenade that gives direct access to the beach of San Agustin. The complex has a small swimming pool as well as garden areas. The flat has a washing machine in a common room of the complex where our guests will have full access. In the area it is easy to find free parking on the street.The HomeForGuest team will be at your disposal for any matter you may need. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Nice location

Nicely renovated accommodation good facilities and good sun terrace. Would use this small apartment again situated in a quite part of San Augustin with sea view.

Sehr schönes Appartement in Strandnähe

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, hat genügend Stauraum und ist gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, die Nähe zum Strand, zum Einkaufszentrum und zu diversen Restaurants war perfekt. das ein- und auschecken war mühsam. Einen Tag vor Ankunft hatten wir noch keine Informationen zum einchecken, wir mussten nochmals alle Daten hinterlegen! Beim auschecken wurde das late Check out auch nur auf Meldung von uns berücksichtigt. Wäschewechsel bei einem Aufenthalt von einem Monat nach vier Tagen ist auch nicht optimal!
