Spacious flat, very quiet and with gardens

Good morning Mr Hugh, thank you for your comments about our property. We are sure they will help us to improve for our future guests. Firstly, I would like to point out that during the twenty-eight days and twenty-eight nights you stayed in our flat, you did not inform us of any of the issues you mention in your review. We do not believe that your stay was as horrible as you now claim, as we did not hear from you during your entire stay. As Iván informed you upon your arrival, if you had needed more kitchenware or cooking utensils, we would have brought them to you without any problem. The flat is equipped with kitchenware, utensils, crockery, glassware, etc. for five guests. Finally, with regard to the services we offered you, which you criticise rather vehemently, the price you paid for your twenty-eight-night booking did not include towel or sheet changes. When we saw that your booking would be for several weeks and free of charge, we offered to change them weekly, and you accepted and enjoyed this service throughout your stay.
