Lovely week spent at Eulalia Uno. Basic but comfortable villa with pool. We have had a lovely holiday in this beautiful part of Menorca, it is very quiet with plenty of walks and places to eat with a few restaurants in walking distance, we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eulalia Uno and Menorca as well. The living room and kitchen were really well-equipped and had everything we needed. It was so cozy and comfortable. The pool was well-maintained and we really enjoyed to spent our time there. It is so close to everything: beaches, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. We plan to come again to this beautiful villa!

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay in the villa although a few small issues. We were a party of 6 and the villa was perfectly laid out for us all. One upstairs bedroom with an en-suite and then a twin and double downstairs sharing a bathroom. The kitchen area is equipped reasonably but put more than two electric items on at once (cooker and toaster or toaster and kettle) and electrics would trip out. A real pain when trying to cook. I was disappointed there was no welcome pack. When I have stayed in villas before there is always some water and maybe milk but nothing at all and two small loo rolls for 6 adults is not enough. Not even washing up liquid so be prepared. there is a shop close by for supplies but when. you first arrive after a long journey, a few essentials is .. well .. essential and appreciated! Pool area lovely but parasol broken and they did replace when asked but took a day and it was very hot with no shade in the meantime. Pool sun loungers very uncomfortable but I think they are the norm for the island. Walking distance to town and the restaurants. Gorgeous beach about 10 min stroll.

Great location & pool, villa needs updating

We stayed here for a week at the end of July. The villa is in an excellent location on a quiet residential street about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful bay in Arenal de Castell. Only 5 minutes walk to the really well equipped shop and pizzeria. The pool is great and was kept really clean for us during our stay. It’s very deep so inflatables/ floaties are a good investment (local shop sells them). The villa is a great size with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 double, 1 twin) and another en-suite double upstairs on its own. Other good things are the beds are comfy and the air con is very effective in the rooms. It got up to 42 degrees one day so very effective! The villa though does require some maintenance- grout is missing from tiles around the pool, we had a toilet that kept dripping upstairs and the worst but was power that kept going off. I must have had to turn the power back on at the fuse box over 30 times. It seems that the villa electrics are overloaded by the air con so every time you switch on anything over and above the air con, the whole lot goes off. The TV is also not connected to WIFI so no good for watching anything like Netflix . Whilst not mentioned on the listing, I feel a villa of this price should have this facility, we did however make use of a laptop and an hdmi cable in the villa so the kids could chill a bit with a film. The villa was also under equipped - only 1 toilet roll, no washing up liquid, cloths (tea towels only), scant handwash

Beaucoup de déceptions

Nous avons bien sur continuer à randonner et apprécier Minorque et la beauté de ses paysages malgré la prestation défaillante du loueur . Nous ne retournerons jamais chez AGNI TRAVEL : Notre arrivée n'a été en rien anticipée : - la piscine n'était pas propre .( elle a été nettoyée le lendemain de notre arrivée . - il a été impossible d'accéder à internet : nous avons réussi uniquement le dernier jour après de multiples échanges . - Sur les 4 nuits nous avons passé la première nuit mangés par les moustiques ( à cette remarque Agni Travel a répondu que les moustique faisant partie de la faune sauvage ,ils ne pouvaient pas le gérer : ABRITEL devrait demander à ses clients d'anticiper l'arrivée de ses clients en mettant des prise anti-moustiques comme nous l'avons eu dans la première location )) - enfin l'isolation phonique avec la villa mitoyenne est inexistante . Pour compenser ces inconvénients , Agni Travel nous a proposé une réduction de 7% sur une prochaine location si nous passons en direct avec eux ???? -

This is just what we wanted; clean, comfortable, and spacious. A lovely pool to relax in! The kids really like it and spend almost all day around it. We also spent a really nice time exploring the area and already visited Arenal den Castell, Son Parc, and Cala Pudent. Really amazing sandy beaches! We are really happy that we have a chance to stay here and we will come back for sure.

It was a nice relaxing holiday! Comfortable and well-maintained. Nice bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. The pool was a real extravagance to us and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. A really good location, within walking distance from the center. We also loved the nearby beach; sandy with clear turquoise water. Thank you! Five stars*****.

We spending an amazing time in Eulalia Dos. It is well equipped with everything you could need, and situated in a nice quiet neighborhood, near to almost everything, a beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, as well as an aqua park. Really well-maintain swimming pool and outside dining area and BBQ. The agents and the owner are so attentive and they are always here for everything that we need. Thanks a lot for that!

Excellent location

The villa is in excellent location. 6 minutes walk from beautiful beach! Villa was clean and tidy with brand new AC units in each bedroom. The pool is pretty deep but very nice. Maybe one thing to mention is that there was no washing up liquid or sponge, also not a lot of toilet paper or no coffee or tee or water at all. We left those things for the next occupier and I hope cleaning team will leave it in. There are some kids beach toys in, two beach mats there. We loved it!

5 min walk to local supermarkets and restaurants, 5 min to the beach Platja Arenal den Castell where there is a wide range of restaurants and more supermarkets. It is well laid out and worked well for our group. The Beach is perfect, the water is so clear and blue and absolutely lovely. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa then this is the place for you!

Arenal den Castell is a great place to be, with plenty of restaurants, shops beaches, local amenities...everything is nearby. We will consider booking again with Agni for sure.

The villa and pool were a good size for the 5 of us. Loved it. The nearby beach is great with a lot of restaurants/tavernas (La Paella and El Copas) and almost everything in Arenal den Castell is in short vicinities such as small supermarkets, shops, and other local amenities. We fell in love with this place. We will definitely book again this villa!

We have visited the island for over 20 years now! Its magical and already planning our return for next year! Air conditioning in bedrooms brilliant as quiet so could keep it on all night. The lovely island will definitely return. The villa was spotless and spacious and in a quiet Arenal den Castell with only a 5-minute stroll to the main restaurants.
