The property was as described and a good size for a group of 8 adults and the pool was very clean and maintained daily. The kitchen was well equipped for catering for the group and with enough utensils to prepare meals The location of the Villa is superb. Away from the main bustle of the high street but easy walking and with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in each direction and plenty of dolmuses at the bottom of the road. The was great communication with the host and he helped with airport transfers and recommending a competitively priced excursion company for paragliding, scuba diving and horse ridingAnd there is a local property manager for any issues when on holidayWe had a great holiday relaxing by the pooling and being active, and the supermarkets stocked everything you might need I look forward to returning.

The villa was clean and communication was amazing. Small problems with the lights but it was sorted quickly. Any queries I had the response was virtually instant. Pool was cleaned and checked every morning. Close to bakery, supermarkets and restaurants. 20 minute walk from a busy Hisaronu.

Had a fantastic stay at this villa, exactly as described. The pool was lovely & big. We were a family of 4 & had more than enough space in this beautiful villa. Communication with the host Nadeem from booking to the end of our holiday was excellent. The villa is in a great location with everything within walking distance. The pool was cleaned daily & the garden is very well maintained. We did have to contact the agent Mahmood about the air conditioning in 2 of the rooms & he got it fixed straight away with just 1 call to him which was great service. I would definitely recommend this villa and I will be booking a stay here again as I couldn’t fault anything. Thanks Nadeem for an excellent holiday in your beautiful villa!!!

A bit disappointed

As a family we have stayed in Hisaronu many times and this year we thought we’d try Ovacik , with a short stroll into Hisaronu. This walk is 20-25 mins in and we always got taxis home. The road the villa is on is extremely busy and road noise is constant. Also there was a villa being built next door which would have been nice if we’d been notified prior. The villa is dated and tired in areas. Gardens not looked after , outside lights not working and 3-4 broken cupboard doors. We couldn’t shut the back door and a bedroom balcony door but to be fair every time we called the management team came. Unfortunately the pool looked a bit cloudy when we arrived and the pool man only stayed for 5 mins on a morning. We didn’t use it the last 2 days as the pump for the filter wasn’t working and we didn’t want to risk it. We used a pool bar on the main Ovacik road. The holiday was fine as we know the area but the villa needs some love and attention but it’s a good walk to Hisaronu and the road was too noisy for a return visit.

Lovely villa, great place to stay

What can I say, we'd like to go there again. Great area, great weather and a great big villa. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids. Communication was excellent. Nadeem arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and return at the end of our two weeks. A welcome pack awaited us and Mahmut hosted us and because it was so late arriving Mahmut arranged for a local restaurant to feed us. He even gave us a ride to the restaurant. Now thats superb customer service. Mahmut was available throught the holiday if we needed him. The villa had plenty of space for us all and very clean with aircon in all the rooms. A good sized kitchen and dining area on the ground floor and a large pool which we loved.

We holidayed at the Villa from 19th-29th August, a party of 9 including a child at 7 years and infant at 11months. Constant contact with the owner from the start when inquiring about the availability via Vrbo and WhatsApp. A travel cot was included in the price but he had arranged a high chair at no extra cost. Meet at the property with the local Guy with a ‘Welcome Pack’ with the essentials but no alcohol !!! lol. Able to contact them both throughout the holiday if required. On a main road but setback, we could hear the traffic at times but this was not an issue. There is a Supermarket and 2 bars about 5 mins walk. Excellent food in the bars/restaurants and variety of choice at the shop. The pictures do not do the Villa justice, it is bigger than it appears on the Website and plenty of areas around the Villa to get away from each other if needed. !!! AC in all rooms and ceiling fans. BBQ on site but we didn’t use it. The pool was cleaned each morning and had enough sun-beds. ‘Green buttons’ to call the taxis about 2 mins walk away to ‘The Strip’ taxis about 200 TL (£5). Would definitely book this villa again if returning to this area. Everyone had a lovely holiday … Thank You.

Wir sind am selben Tag wieder Ausgecheckt. Diese Villa ist gesundheitlich kein Menschen zu zumuten. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit. Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Es ist sehr verdreckt Flecken auf dem Kissen auf den Laken schimmel an den Wänden Ihnen sowie außen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebst. Als wir die. Situation dem Eigentümer gemeldet haben reagierte er unverschämt und meine wir können gerne gehen die nächsten würden noch am selben Tag einziehen. Wir haben uns auch über Fewo beschwert und haben die Situation geschildert und haben unser Geld zurück verlangt doch vergebens die meinten Sie melden sich wieder bei uns noch hat sich keiner gemeldet. Jeder der seinen Jahres Urlaub nicht verderben möchte würde ich von dieser Villa abraten. Ich habe genug Beweise Bilder und video. Meine Geduld ist auch langsam am Ende und werde diese Sache mit meinem Anwalt gegen den Eigentümer sowie gegen Fewo angehen.

Best Holiday!

We stayed at the property for 10 days and we had the best time. The property was clean and well maintained as well as a selection of essential food and drink on arrival. The owner helped to provide a transfer to and from the airport which made the start and end of our holiday run smoothly. During our time at the villa, we were totally relaxed using the amazing pool. After posting pictures on social media, a number of my friends requested details of the villa, which I happily shared. On returning, we have all said how much we loved our stay at the villa and would 100% book again! Thank you so much for a wonderful time! of

Excellent villa great location near to some lovely restaurants / supermarkets. N Garden restaurant a few minutes walk is outstanding great value choice and staff are so welcome. Villa is excellent pool great . Definitely would recommend .

Amazing Villa

We were greeted on arrival and shown around the property by the lovely Mahmut who also left us his contact details incase we needed anything during our stay (although we had already received a welcome pack from the host)The villa is clean, well furnished and accommodated our large family of 10 no problem, as it’s very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was cleaned daily without any disturbance as they come early. It’s a great location with shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as being a short hop on the dolmus or a five minute drive/taxi into oludeniz for the beech/blue lagoon. Don’t be fooled by the road the villa is on which does have a few shops and restaurants, because if you drop down a 5 minute walk you are straight into the busier town and will be spoilt for choice of bars, shops and restaurants. Nadeem (the host) has been amazing from the off, helping us with transfers from the airport, staying in touch from the moment of booking to arriving and even checking we had a safe journey home! Would definitely return and recommend

Summer holiday 2023

The villa is ideally located for a family holiday. 10 of us stayed in the villa in august. A very short walk from the water park, which we visited twice during our stay and less than a minute to some very nice restaurants. Dolmas stop close by to visit other areas and a taxi point down the road. Small supermarket opposite who delivered our shopping to the door . We Spent most of our holiday by the pool which had both shaded and sunny areas to choose from

Great Villa

Very conveniently located. Clean and tidy villa with everything we needed. Caretaker was on hand within minutes to assist with any questions we had, very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Everything we needed and more ❤️

This property is lovely. The outside areas are great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 9 (6 adults, 2 children and a baby) and although the bedrooms didn't quite work for us we just moved a mattress to where we needed it and everything was fine. The kitchen has some great little touches, the living room is really spacious with amazing Air Con for when you need to escape from the heat and the beds were comfortable, but lets face it, we were there for the outside space and the pool. The pool is fab - the kids were in it constantly and loved it. The quiet area to the side was a good spot for the baby and we put a paddling pool up there for her to play in the shade when it was too hot. Plenty loungers, an extending table outside and loads of seats. All lovely! Nadeem and his friend who helped with keys and any small issues were incredibly responsive and very helpful and the area is just amazing. We loved it and would definitely book again - great Value for Money too!
