Villa Helena - A Superb Detached Villa with Lovely Sunset View & Private Pool

With magnificent mountain views and a convenient location close to a choice of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the waterpark, Villa Helena is an excellent choice for your Turkey villa holiday. This well located 3 bedroom villa in the village of Ovacik offers beautiful views of the mountains.

Villa Helena is also within walking distance to the resort amenities of Hisaronu. The huge selection of shops and places to eat in Ovacik are within 5 minutes on foot with the fabulous Olu Deniz beach is around 15 minutes (3 miles) away by car. The beach is a huge expanse of golden sand where you can sit back and watch the paragliders make their way down from the mountains landing on the beach itself - a truly spectacular sight! The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa also benefits from air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and the lounge, and WIFi no extra cost.

Vlla Helena is set 50 yards off the main road on a residential track. There is a gated entrance with space for a hire car and the entrance is in front of you.
Upon entering this delightful villa there is an open plan living area. The spacious, living/dining area has comfortable sofas and patio doors leading out to the terrace and pool area. To the left of the living area is the spacious kitchen with a door that leads to the side of the covered terrace.

Back by the front door are stairs that lead to the bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom on the right is a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and patio doors which lead out to a private balcony which affords views over the pool and distant mountain. There is also a double bedroom with mountain views to the rear of the villa and a twin bedroom which share a separate shower room which is located opposite the twin bedroom,.

All bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning/heating at no extra cost.
Outside there is a spacious covered terrace with outside dining furniture that is suitable for dining alfresco. A few steps down from the terrace leads to the private pool. The BBQ area is accessed from the pool, down a few steps and to the left - a great way to cook the local food.

The exterior shower room is located from the pool, down a few steps and to the right.
Both the terrace and BBQ area make ideal places to enjoy the amazing sunsets and mountain views whilst enjoying an evening meal and refreshing drink.

Villa Helena was lovely with a beautiful well maintained garden the roses were stunning.The villa it self was exceptionally clean and well maintained equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday.It is situated in an ideal location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the bus service is excellent, our host was very friendly and helpful.Highly recommend.

From start to finish this was one of the loveliest places to stay. The photos do not do it justice, everything about it is beautiful. It is spotlessly clean, perfect location and the owners can't do enough for you. We will be back, thank you for a wonderful stay

What great holiday!!!! I can’t write anything negative about this place, the hosts are very friendly and caring people and always available. So many shops nearby and the villa has everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. I will definitely go back and recommend to all my friends already.

Great villa and host

We wanted a relaxing 10 days and that’s exactly what we got. Villa has everything you need including a great pool. Cüneyt is a friendly attentive host. He is just a WhatsApp msg away if you have any questions ( of which we only had a few) and was always very responsive. To top it off there is a great restaurant 100 m from the villa and plenty of supermarkets within walking distance.

Superb property, just a bus ride away from all the action. But there are plenty of restaurants local if you don't fancy going that bit further. Shops nearby for essentials. Cüneyt is a fabulous host and at the end of a WhatsApp message for any questions. Water cooler is fabulous - wish we could have one this cheap at home!! oxoxo

Check in and out was faultless the property is very private and well maintained plenty of room and everything you could need to make your holiday perfect the newly refurbished bathrooms are amazing walking in showers wall hung toilets and basins these really give a luxurious finish all beds are very comfortable and of a high quality making you feel at home 5 stars for Cuneyt and family for making our stay very special we will definitely be returning

We have just enjoyed a fantastic 11 nights in this beautiful villa. Set in a peaceful location in Ovacik with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful sunsets and yet only 150m from the nearest restaurants and supermarkets. The villa itself is extremely spacious inside and immaculately clean, the 2 bathrooms have recently undergone a full refurbishment which has been completed to a very high standard, there is even a third shower room/wc for use when around the pool, this saves going into the villa when wet from swimming etc. The pool is in outstanding condition with crystal clear water, plenty of sunbathing areas and provided sunbeds and parasols, below the pool area is a large bbq area. Another reviewer said that the pictures don't do the villa and surrounds justice, we agree wholeheartedly. In terms of access to bars and restaurants the location is excellent, there are 3 directly and the bottom of the road which all receive excellent reviews but for us the Shiraz was outstanding with helpful friendly owners. Turning left at the bottom of the street will take you down to Hisaronu with bars all along this road which is the main Fethiye to Olu Deniz road, the small buses (dolmus) run frequently. The walk took us app 30 mins but as it was very hot we only did this once, there is a taxi button right outside the villa, this is a great idea, the cabs turn up quickly and they are inexpensive. It is very clear from the moment you arrive that the owners take great care of the property, nice touches include a welcome pack and a cold water dispenser which saves having to carry water bottles from the supermarket. We were here during the pandemic, safety restrictions are enforced and currently Turkey appears to be as safe as anywhere, none of this spoilt our enjoyment of the area. Another deciding factor regarding this villa is that they do not overcharge compared to others but you will still leave feeling as though you had a very special holiday, we certainly did. So to sum up, would we stay again ? Too right we would and it is already booked for two weeks next September. Many thanks to Cuneyt and family for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa. Fabulous villa

Villa was great. Very clean and comfortable. Far enough away from noise and nightlife but close enough if needed. A great wee shop at bottom of road run by a lovely couple. Shiraz restaurant and thai restaurant nearby which served great food. I have to mention the cats that stay near villa. There are only 3 but we loved them being there. They were like part of our group. They stay away if not welcome but I hope people are kind to them as they were no trouble. Staying at this villa was very relaxing.

Pictures do not do this place justice at all! So much more spacious than it looks it's a gorgeous property. Very clean and tidy. Pool and pool area are lovely. Shiraz restaurant at the bottom of the hill is lovely for an evening meal. Buses every 5 minutes at the bottom of the road, 10 minutes to Hisaronu, 20 minutes to Oludeniz. Very friendly locals in the corner store. Villa hosts were very accommodating and answered queries we had very quickly via whatsapp which was a huge help. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

The villa Helena

The villa Helena is in a perfect location and the owners are there if you need anything. Everything you need is in this villa and when you arrive there is a lovely welcome pack and the owner is there to greet you. Good size swimming pool and the villa is a good size for 6 people to live comfortable with out filling crowded. Couple of restaurants and shops just down the road a 2 minute walk. As a family we would come back to villa Helena in a heartbeat loved everything about the villa and location. Mrs A Joyner
