This luxury 4 bedroomed modern villa has real Turkish character and is located at the base of the impressive mendos mountain with amazing views of babadag where the paragliders start their decent down to olu deniz beach. The villa has it's own private pool with sun beds and parasols . A marble staircase takes you to the 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms and landing areas. A large covered balcony is fully equiped for outside dining and can provide shade from the hot sun. Each of the 4 bedrooms has air-conditioning.

Wonderful villa

We have just arrived home from a wonderful holiday at villa Caroline,it is the perfect place to relax and unwind enjoying the beautiful pool and outdoor area.the villa has everything you need and very well maintained.Burcu and her husband are wonderful hosts,very friendly and on hand if you need them, made us feel very welcome.we will definitely be back for another visit thank you.

Lovely stay at Villa Caroline

Can’t fault this property at all. Really lovely and great facilities. The hosts were so welcoming and answered any questions straight away. Also arranged the airport transfer which was seamless. Thank you again. Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

Absolutely fantastic communications and help from Burcu and Bulent. Villa was immaculate and pool cleaned every day. I couldn't praise this villa enough it was fantastic. Will definitely book again.

Perfect holiday villa

We were visiting Turkey for my daughter’s wedding, and Villa Caroline was perfect for our holiday. The gardens were private and immaculate, the pool was used constantly due to the high temperatures during our stay, and was a lovely warm/ refreshing temperature, and the villa was spotless. Communication with Barcu was very easy and her husband attended on our arrival at almost 5am to explain everything we needed to know. We loved our time at the Villa and look forward to returning soon.

Lovely Villa, fantastic pool, great location, taxi buttons & supermarket on the doorstep

Villa was lovely, accommodated 8 of us comfortably, although only two showers was a bit of a hold up at times. Good air con made bedrooms excellent once we got the hang of working them. Problems with safe (left shut by previous occupants) and washing machine (wouldn't spin) quickly resolved by owner through caretaker who visited every morning to clean the pool. We didn't realise there was no oven, but it was not a problem, only missed it when bbq'ing to keep items warm, but tin foil did the job. Supermarket right on the doorstep, and taxi buttons summonds taxis within minutes, couple of resturants also very close, with many more within a 10 minute stroll (downhil there, uphill coming back!) The only small niggle was the neighbouring villa's dog which made a lot of noise, often resembling a sea lion, which was funny at first, but got less funny as the time went by. Highly recommended, we would definitely use again.

Relaxing Week

This villa was absolutely perfect for what we wanted for our week with family. The villa had plenty of space for 8 people to be altogether or apart doing our own things. We never once felt on top of each other. Secure parking was great as we had a car for the week. The outdoor space was fantastic. Great size pool and terrace, the gardens with mature trees were so welcome in the hot sun, and we loved having different areas to eat breakfast and dinner. Communication with Burcu was superb throughout - she could not have been more accommodating. We used the recommended company for our airport transfers and would highly recommend. Having a little mini market 2 minutes away was super convenient- especially for afternoon ice creams! We mostly cooked for ourselves and found the kitchen very well equipped. There is a busy road a little in front of the villa but the gardens and trees mean you are in your own little oasis and so that did not bother us. Location wise the villa is ideally suited for easy access to Olu Deniz, Hisaronou, Kayakoy & Fethiye - all within 5-15 minutes car/bus/taxi ride away. We would highly recommend.

Lovely Villa

Highly recommended to stay at Villa Caroline the gardens and balcony offer great shade from the sun and we really needed it with temperatures 10 degrees above average for June. We went as a family of 8 with two very young children and really appreciated that the pool has two depths which allowed us to interact with the little ones. The Villa is fully air conditioned and very comfortable we took a fire stick so was able to get good television from the wi fi. Bulent and Burcu are excellent hosts and so accommodating we had a couple of minor issues which were resolved quickly. Yes the Villa is 25 minutes walk from the strip but benefits from having a well stocked supermarket two minutes away and is very close to good restaurants such as Turtle, Karisma and our favourite Cazibe. (all a very short walk) Taxis our £4/£5 to the strip from a call point nearby or wave one down from the road outside. Although it is on the main top road it is well set back and the garden is secure and the balcony has a wrap around fence and gate which was ideal to keep two toddlers from coming to any harm. We hope to return in the future and would happily answer any questions people might have.

Der Pool ist wirklich wunderschön, allerdings war er während unseres Aufenthalts leider zu kalt zum Baden. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Allerdings waren die Betten in zwei Zimmern extrem hart – fast so, als wären keine Matratzen vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.Während unserer Zeit gab es zwei Tage mit starkem Regen und mehrfachen Stromausfällen, was etwas herausfordernd war. Wichtig zu wissen: Das Haus liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße, wodurch es leider nicht besonders ruhig ist. Zudem bekommt man nur wenige Stunden Sonne am Tag, da das Grundstück von sehr hohen Bäumen umgeben ist – dadurch fehlt auch eine schöne Aussicht.

Great Villa

Thanks to Burku & the team for a great stay. Spotless on arrival and a welcome pack. Large comfortable beds. Fantastic outside area for eating & chilling. Good size pool which was cleaned every day. We hope to come back.

Perfect!

Just returned from a wonderful stay in this villa. All rooms large and spotless. But the best bit by far was the pool, veranda and garden. Large pool and the veranda ( where we spent all of our time) was covered and very large with two big comfy sofas. Don't think the current photos do the garden justice to be honest. Large, lush and mature..just gorgeous. Would highly recommend staying at this lovely Villa.

Beautiful villa

We loved our stay at the villa. It was perfect location and had everything necessary to enjoy our stay. The pool area and garden are very relaxing and Burcu is very helpful and even left us a little welcome gift. Will hopefully stay again one day & would definitely recommend. There are some lovely bars & restaurants within walking distance... Cazibe, Karizma, Kbar & Shiraz a few that we really enjoyed.

Easy online renting for this villa communication with owner first class. Villa excellent we where family of 6 adults lots of space inside and especially outside area which is fantastic. Any problems during your stay Burcu and her management company can be contacted and respond immediately I contacted Burcu on arrival as I didn’t realise we had to use the key fob to use the electric this was the only time I had cause to contact her all in all can not fault villa and would highly recommend

Fantastic Villa in a Great Location.

Stayed in the villa in August 2019, fantastic villa in a great location. Very clean and easily accommodating 8 of us, Pool and outside space are superb. If you know OluDeniz the villa is on the top road in Ovacik, there are taxi points right outside so getting to the beach front is very easy, and local shops are right on the doorstep. The villa was very clean and had all you needed for our stay. There was also internet access and a safety box. During our stay the cleaners came midway to change all the bedding and provide clean towels and the pool man was a regular checking everything was alright with the pool. the owner, Burcu, was excellent. if you had any questions she was just a whatsApp message away. She responded very quickly and nothing was ever any trouble. All in all we had a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate in booking this villa again. thank you Burcu

superbe maison bien équipée dans une magnifique région.

Accueil très sympathique. Maison très propre et très bien aménagée. Tout était parfait avec un nettoyage en milieu de séjour (2semaines) ainsi que changement des draps. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

We holidayed several time in Ovacik before buying our beautiful villa. The area has fantastic facilities and it is a unique location, as its close to the 4 main resorts. There are some beautiful beaches close by and the harbour of Fethiye boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Dalaman airport about an hours drive away.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The property is just a short walk to a few really nice bars and resturants and has a fantastic bus service to the other main resorts. It is also only a short bus ride to one of the best beaches in Turkey…the famous blue lagoon beach in OluDeniz. The villa is quite private and set back from the main road, but is only a short walk to the bus stops. There is also a 'taxi' call button just a few meters from the villa.
