Good base to explore the area, went to Hunstanton, Wells-next-the-Sea and Sandringham. Caravan was filled with a lot of ornaments and trinkets but was very clean with good facilities. Enjoyed our stay and weather was glorious

Well stocked, but a bit dated

Stayed 2 nights. Had problem getting key from outside case…very fiddly. Couldn’t get water hot for shower. Single bed very uncomfortable as extremely narrow for tall person. Only suitable for a child. Very dark, cramped room. Caravan Should sleep 4 people tops. Terrible tv reception, only able to get ch 4. On the plus side, nice feminine touches throughout.

Nice Van

The property was very clean and well presented. A few issues that hopefully will help the next holiday maker. 1. No grill pan for the oven grill, we had to use one of the baking trays, but meant we had to use the oven gloves to retrieve it. This left the gloves rather dirty and not how we would like to leave them. 2. Kitchen, food preparation knives , only 2 provided and not very sharp. 3. Only 2 pillows for the main bedroom, so we had to use 2 from the 2nd bedroom. 4. The van was too near the 5 a side football pitch which was in constant use particularly late evening and the banging and screaming from the children was very anoying.
