A stunning newly built one bedroom apartment located in the picturesque village of Old Hunstanton.

As you enter the Gothic style front door, you are welcomed into a impressive entrance hall with the reception room located on the ground floor. The second floor consists of a modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and a three piece bathroom. As you carry on up the impressive staircase you come to the double bedroom on the third floor, which is flooded with natural light and benefits from fantastic views through the eye catching arched window.

The property is within a short walking distance to Old Hunstanton beach, golf course and many fantastic food establishments.

A few days away in a wonderful place.

Wonderful weather, a fantastic well appointed holiday home, who could ask for anything more. The property has everything you need and was spotlessly clean and welcoming. We hope to be able to go back and hopefully stay longer.

The Pump House at Old Hunstanton is an excellent holiday home for a couple in a wonderful peaceful location. Close to Hunstanton, within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach, many great places to eat, plus located just off the main A149 coast road, leading to all areas of coastal Norfolk. If you stay you have full access to the garden, if you love wildlife you'll see muntjac deer, pheasant, squirrels and loads of birds visiting each day. The property has windows to view the scenery on all 3 levels. On the ground floor is the living room, comfortably set up with 2 large sofas, a table, a large footstool and a wall mounted tv. The mid floor houses an excellent well equipped kitchen plus small table and 2 chairs, also the shower room is on this floor. On the top floor is the bedroom with huge windows overlooking the garden and trees beyond. A comfy king-size bed, wardrobe, drawers and table with mirror provide everything you need for a perfect stay. We've stayed at all times of the year in this wonderful place and can highly recommend it. As it is on 3 floors it is not for someone who hasn't the ability to climb stairs but it is so worth it if you do stay. Always clean and well prepared The Pump House is a wonderfully relaxing escape for how ever long you book for.

Stunning accommodation in an idyllic setting

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The property was maintained to an exceptional standard inside and out and the owners were helpful and welcoming. A great location for exploring the North Norfolk Coastline or just staying in place and soaking up the peace and calm of such a tranquil and quiet setting. Everything was simply perfect and I look forward to visiting here again in the future.

A beautiful wing to the rear of the Old Vicarage, overlooking fantastic gardens teaming with wildlife.The property is beautiful, huge full length windows which let in loads of light as well as being a great viewing area.Both the kitchen and bathroom are of great quality, with all the equipment you may need. The lounge and bedroom are very comfortable.The hosts Helen and Stuart are very amicable, and more than helpful.Overall, a fantastic place to stay whilst visiting the area. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
