The luxurious two-storey house, built on the farm 12000 m2, just 10 minutes from the centre of Rethymnon and 2 km from the sea, is the ultimate destination for those who want to enjoy a truly memorable stay in Crete. Surrounded by olive groves and overlooking the blue and the Cretan mountains, compose a harmonious natural environment and offers guests the feeling of tranquillity and relaxation throughout the year.

The newly built stone house uniquely combines comfortable accommodation with unsurpassed natural scenery.

The villa consists of a spacious interior, four double sleeping rooms, a living room, a dining room, a traditional fireplace, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a semi-outdoor space and large verandas. All rooms have panoramic views of the unique Cretan landscape.

Particular emphasis is given to the decoration which follows simple, modern lines that vary, with individual touches as much as needed to make the villa unique.

The surrounding area of the villa is surrounded by a garden with lawn, flower beds with colourful flowers, a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and offers possibilities for relaxation and wellbeing. The house has its own barbecue for unique barbecue evenings.

We stayed as a family of 7 for my daughter’s wedding as she was getting married nearby at Agreco farm. The villa was amazing couldn’t fault it at all we had a fantastic time the host Niki was fantastic nothing was too much trouble she was available by WhatsApp if we needed her she also gave us recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to go to which were all amazing we had cleaners 3 times during our 2 week stay it was kept immaculate! Would love to stay again this part of Crete is so lovely . Thankyou to you all for a very restful memorable stay. The Grace family .

Beautiful location! Views were outstanding. House was as described - the pool was fabulous- it was great at the end of a busy day to come back to the serenity and peacefulness The sunrise was breathtaking every morning Beds were comfortable - Niki our host was available when I requested a couple more pillows If I had to recommend anything it would be a couple more towels in the kitchen area for washing up And top deck to have a couple sunbeds It was great four our group of 7 adults we were not tripping over one another ever. I would stay again for sure the next time I visit with a large group

Niki could not have done more to make us feel welcome — she was a genuinely fantastic host from start to finish. She sent us recommendations and pinned locations via WhatsApp before we’d even arrived, and we met her in person a couple of times during our stay. On one occasion she even made us a homemade pie, which was absolutely beautiful and such a lovely, unexpected touch.I can’t recommend the villa enough. Cleanliness is a big priority for me with a family in tow, and it was spotless. The pool was perfect for the children, and the bedroom layout worked brilliantly for our group. Everything about the stay was fantastic — we’d book again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous Villa

Super Property and great location. Niki our host was fantastic - we had a very late arrival due to flight delays, but she was there to meet us when we arrived. She was always on hand for any queries. The only slight quibble we had with the Villa itself, was that there were no cooking condiments such as salt/pepper, cooking oil , sauces etc This would be useful if they were available as we had to go out and buy them, and suspect that they won't be there for the next guests. Overall, a great stay. Thank you Niki and the team!

Dear guests, We would like to thank you for your message and for your good words. It is nice to know that you felt well hosted and that you had a nice stay. On what concerns the cooking condiments, due to health safety reasons, we cannot leave open packages for the guests, so we do not provide such a facility.
