Iane's house

On the coast of Tuscany , in Quercianella and a few minutes from the sea, there is Iane's house: it is a portion of a semi-detached villa , surrounded by greenery and surrounded by the large private park. The house is spread over two floors: on the ground floor we have the living room, finely furnished and with an original fireplace, the kitchen in marble and wood, two double bedrooms with the possibility of a small bed for babies and a full bathroom, with bathtub and shower closed by a crystal box. The floor is in Tuscan terracotta on the entire surface of the villa and around it, outside.
Upstairs, in the large attic, we have a bedroom with double bed , a second bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the park. The house is surrounded by the park with a large wooden table, lights for the evening and a space for barbecue. Inside the outdoor property can also be parked the car. There is solar panel on the roof, and the house has water softener, which is very good and absolutely recommended to drink. The two rooms on the ground floor have mosquito nets on the windows. The quiet neighborhood is ideal for sleeping late.
The villa can be rented for a minimum of 4 nights.

Sweet little house on the hill

The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍

Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Bei diesem Ferienhaus handelt es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte. Terrassen der Häuser sind durch ein Sichtschutzelement etwas voneinander abgetrennt. Das Haus ist sehr persönlich ausgestattet. Bereiche der Schlafzimmerschränke waren bereits mit Textilien und Accessoires gefüllt, die den Anschein machten, seit vielen Jahren, dort unberührt zu liegen. Die Haushaltsgeräte sind in die Jahre gekommen und gehören teilweise zwingend ersetzt. Z. B. ein Moulinex-Küchenofen, welcher vergilbt, verschmutzt und angerostet ist oder im Bad einen sehr alten verschmutzen Föhn, welcher nicht zur Benutzung eingeladen hat. Über der Kochstelle standen Gewürze, deren Gläser und Etiketten von Fett und Küchendämpfe ganz speckig waren und das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum seit 10 Jahren überschritten. Nicht einmal ein Mindestmaß an Sorgfalt, wurde uns in dem Haus vermittelt. Wie auch immer, wir hätten uns aber damit irgendwie noch arrangieren können. Für uns aber nicht mehr tolerierbar und unzumutbar, war obendrein der sehr schlechte Geruch. Dieser hat seinen Ursprung im Keller bzw. Waschraum (wo weiterer Hausrat gelagert ist) und hat sich im ganzen Gebäude manifestiert. Durch lüften nicht mehr weg zu bekommen. Auch unsere Kleidung hat diesen üblen mief angenommen. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäuser. Noch nie haben wir uns so unwohl gefühlt. Wir konnten in dem Haus nichts essen, hatten das Bedürfnis uns ständig die Hände zu waschen…. Eine Abreise nach nur einer Nacht war für uns alternativlos.

Sono molto dispiaciuta: nessuno mai in casa mia si è sentito a disagio. Penso che se gli ospiti non fossero andati via precipitosamente senza parlare con me, avremmo risolto ogni difficoltà. Comunque: la villa è bifamiliare, ma è chiaramente indicato nell'annuncio. Le due parti di villa sono comunque ben separate. 'Sezioni di armadi piene di abiti vecchi': solo la parte personale, ben chiusa a chiave, ma purtroppo aperta a botte e forzata dagli ospiti e attualmente scardinata. Gli ospiti avevano 2 ante dell'armadio, le cassettiere di un intero mobile e altro, completamente vuote, pulite e per loro disponibili. Gli elettrodomestici sono tutti perfettamente funzionanti e lavastoviglie e lavatrice sono state comprate da pochi mesi. 'Le spezie': i barattolini esposti sono per bellezza, proprio perché datati, non certo da usare. Ognuno, quando entra in casa, compra sale, spezie, caffè e tutto ciò che gli serve: io fornisco solo stoviglie, pentole, piatti, bicchieri, asciugamani, tovaglie e asciughini pulitissimi. Mensole unte? Sono di legno, ed il legno ha una consistenza diversa dalle fredde piastrelle. Il puzzo nella lavanderia sotterranea: si era rotto un pezzo di tubo, che la mattina dopo è stato immediatamente riparato. Bastava che gli ospiti parlassero con me e tutto si sarebbe risolto nel migliore dei modi.

Séjour familial sur la côte

Super séjour dans la région de Livourne La maison d’Anna est très confortable et bien aménagée. Il y a de nombreux équipements et c’est spacieux. On s’y sent chez soi ! Nous étions 2 adultes, 2 enfants et un bébé et tout était parfait. Le jardin est très beau !

Tolles Haus, Umgebung hat Luft nach oben

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wirklich schön :) Alles war sauber und gepflegt, der Umgang zur Vermieterin sehr unkompliziert. Einzig die Umgebung hat etwas Luft nach oben. Fußläufig ist eigentlich nichts erreichbar, der nächste schöne Strand sind gut 20 Autominuten entfernt, Restaurants machen frühestens gegen 19:30 Uhr auf, eher gegen 20:00 Uhr. War für uns mit kleinen Kindern teilweise schwierig. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit. :)

Gentile e sollecita la proprietaria che mette a disposizione una casa non senza personalità. Posta in una zona tranquilla, la villa è riparata da un giardino "selvaggio" sul davanti e dotata di orto e alberi da frutto nella parte posteriore. Purtroppo, a causa dell'eccezionale ondata di calore, la mansarda è risultata impraticabile e anche il piano terra, sprovvisto di zanzariere, è risultato parecchio caldo essendo stati costretti a tenere le finestre chiuse in molte ore del giorno e durante la notte. La costa, da Livorno a Castigioncello, per chi ama le rocce, è spettacolare!

pace e tranquillità

graziosa abitazione in zona residenziale lontana dalle attività turistiche ma vicina al mare e facilmente raggiungibile in auto. la casa è finemente arredata (no ikea!) il giardino è magnifico come avere il proprio bosco con alberi da frutto e un orto. un delizioso soggiorno a Quercianella. consiglio questa casa per le vacanze.
