There is a choice of shops, bars and restaurants around 10 minutes' drive away. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Avra is located in the area of Kavros in Chania and is ideal for those wishing to be within walking distance to the beach and a restaurant. A short drive will take you to the local amenities of Kavros and to the small resort of Giorgoupoli with a few shops, restaurants and bars located around the beautiful village square. The house is ideally placed for access to the main highway which runs along the North and the East Coast.
