Another great holiday

We have stayed at several of Waterfrontmalagas apartments in Santa Clara Torremolinos and have always been happy with the service and the accommodation, the location is great and there are a lot of places to eat and drink. It is so easy to get to lots of others towns and cities because of the train links and busses, highly recommended.

AC problems

We had problems with the AC. In the master bedrom it was just blowing and not cooling. In the livingroom We could’nt start it at all. The remout control was out of power so We bought new batteries and put into. After 4 days the AC in the livingroom suddenly started,but there was problem too adjust the temperature. I recommend that this problems should been seen to,because it was not specially comfortable to live in a sauna for this days.

Nice apartment

The apartment overall was really nice, however the balcony is not comfortable. The photos show 2 sunloungers, there was only one. There was only one standard plastic chair. The bar stools and table are fine for a short time, but definitely not for relaxing, we like to spend time on the balcony in the evening. Communication with the rental company is very poor, I tried for weeks on to contact them before we travelled. To check if the balance could be paid by card. Be warned, this has to be paid cash. I questioned this when we were being shown around by the agent, but he couldn’t answer! I don’t this apartment would be child friendly as every room has glass sliding doors.

I would not recommend

Good parts about the apartment- view is very nice (as pictured), it is very clean, and new. However, I was VERY upset when I paid that they only charged me the VRBO booking fee. Then the owner contacted me that I had to pay in cash when I come. I tried explaining to her that I need the credit card for points, she insisted on only cash. I had to run exchange dollars for Euro at the airport and the rate was terrible (with commission) and I ended up paying $50 extra because of that. The owner was very hard to reach, did not provide me with the wifi password, it is not posted in the apartment, she did not answer my email requesting it. I had to sit outside with my laptop to do my work and utilized the wifi at the pool. Although the apartment is clean, it does not supply anything- no soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid. That wasn't my main issue- the cash, lack of communication, and not having wifi would make me NOT recommend this place. This is the first negative review I have ever written, I am usually happy and never had such a negative experience.

Se envia a todos los cliente emails explicando que si necesitan algo durante la estancia tienen que contactar con Aurelio por whastapp para solucionar o preguntar cualquier duda. De esta forma la comunicacion es mas rapida que por email. La estancia tuya fue de solo 2 dias y el ulitmo dia preguntaste por la wifi por email. Aurelio te la habria proporcionado inmediatamente en 1 minuto. Se exigio el pago en efectivo porque su tarjeta no funcionaba y la reserva la hizo 2 dias antes, y no queria pagar por transferencia, la unica forma de pagar es en efectivo. El apartamento puede tener jabon, etc, pero hay que recordar que es un apartamento privado, de alquiler, no un hotel con amenites.

El apartamento está muy nuevo y bien mantenido.

La localización, buenas vistas. El apartamento está bien cuidado. El mobiliario también. Los AC gotean en la terraza En los toldos tb cae agua constantemente de los AC de arriba y si se abren el agua cae a la terraza y a la mesa Poner un pequeño lavavajillas Arreglar cerco puerta de entrada que tiene algo roto o suelto

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir waren schon einmal in dieser Anlage und es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir wieder hier gebucht haben. Das Beste ist die einzigartige Lage direkt am Meer mit schönem Ausblick zur sonnigen Südseite. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon mit zwei Liegen, so dass wir uns prima sonnen konnten. Bei der Ausstattung haben uns einige Gegenstände gefehlt, die wir besorgt haben, wie zum Beispiel eine Glaskanne zum Tee und Kaffee zubereiten. Gut wäre auch, wenn einige Müllbeutel vorrätig wären, wenn Gäste mehrere Wochen bleiben und selbst alles sauber halten.
