Central heating is gas with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The kitchen has a gas AGA, electric hob, 2 x microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst an upstairs cupboard hosts a washer/dryer. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, with sky package and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.
